Might try these in a few weeks when i can start my gym work again, not really doing much ATM and its p*ssing me off, my physio won't even let me start swimming yet. The only thing i am doing is the press ups, sit ups challenges on this site http://hundredpushups.com/ and TBF i can already see a difference. But i need to step up my training as soon as i can. I still need to drop about a stone, i let myself turn into a fat b*stard over the past few years and i am paying for it now. Still 1 1/2 stone down and working my ass off to get the rest gone. Its the beer that does it.

Was in the car with one of the guys from work once. We parked up in Tesco and ate some quick lunch. This bloke pulled up and got out the car again carefree, he proceeded to **** the car with his door, looked in to the driver and sort of shrugged his shoulders with a bit of a smirk, he then carried on into tesco. My colleague then proceeded to wait for him to go into tescos and then ****ted his car door into his about 4 or 5 times and then drive off (he had those crappy door protector things). Probably not what i would have done, but the fact the bloke knew he had done it and actually found it funny was probably a bit too far.

He would easily be one of our best players, if he wasn't constantly in the fitness room. I wonder what it is with players that makes some of them so so susceptable to injury ?

After posting up all those injuries any team will struggle. We are able to handle it better than most. There is no point having 3 capable teams at the club. We will be ok.

Big draw for me, lets get a big team or decent Championship side. Are they in it yet ?? We are not going to win it so i'd rather we were out of it, we need to concentrate on the league

Thats what i said before the game, and i am now mightily f*cked off we have lost 2 perhaps 3 players through injury and 1 suspension. FFS Adkins, we better win or next few easily winnable games.

Possibly, i dunno, don't think we will ever know. Though i don't really trust someone who starts of saying he is an ex player and then denies it later. If it was the club it happens, i know Reading FC got one of the posters on HobNob (their forum) banned from the forum AND the training ground, it was apparently Pardew who made sure that happened.

But it could potentially develop into another NC bashing.............Sigh......Don't you know anything ?? TBF, even if it was the club, which i doubt, i wondered how long it would take. I don't know any clubs that would put up with someone posting the team, tactics and any inside trouble on a regular basis.
