If i am 'called out' past 12 o'clock the company have to by law allow me to stay in bed for the amount of hours worked past midnight. I normally start at 8 in the morning and have actually been told on a couple of occasions to leave the premises when entering work before my rest period expires. My advice St Clark is to leave and find employment elsewhere mate, if it is possible to take him to court you could try but i expect it to be costly etc. What is your actual professional occupational title ?? I agree in principle Tac-Tics but the fact is that Pinnacle did waste vital time needed to be negotiating etc with players. These teams have had the extra few weeks being able to talk, assess and sweet talk players into joining. AP has just found out which door leads where in St Mary's. From what i am hearing he is trying his best to sort transfers out but unfortunately mate we are very much on the back foot. We all know we need reinforcements, as does AP. Problem is alot of the teams are ready to move and we are not. have a bit of patience, i believe we will be there or there abouts come kick off, probably not as ready as we could have been but put that down to the numpties that wasted Fry's time

Yes but past regimes were letting very good loans and free players pass them by, thats why we were angry, we got left with (mainly) the ****e noone else wanted. Looking at the list there are some very good players available for next to nothing, this has to be addressed first as naturally many clubs will be looking to snap them up and so they won't be around for long. Once AP has addressed the free market i am sure he will move on to the other areas that require quality replacements. Be patient. It is silly to disregard the free ones just because we have the money to spend.
