The responsibility for them striking lies in the individual member's choices. 1. to vote 2. to decide which option to vote for. If Duncan, or any of the other bods, was actually responsible for them going on strike he (they) may have found themselves open to prosecution?

It's hard not to agree with your final comment. Tragic for the family, traumatising for the young child and his wife (?). These worthless, cheap, thugs are so lucky to be in a society which looks so benevolently on their crime. By the time they are 20 they have their lives back while this poor family have to live their lives with their father/grandad having been taken by this unnatural act.

It's infuriating that they have not sat Steve down and explained, fully, just exactly what they have to play with and the constraints placed upon the club. Or maybe they have....well, their version of it anyway.
