To be honest, from what it feels and looks like I don't think I'll be walking in a week. It's so painful. Fair play though. 3 months?! FFS... Good job I'm not in a cast as well, bloody hell. Doctor said I might be able to come off crutches in about 3 weeks / 4 weeks I think, and I have to go back on Tuesday so we'll see. Not gonna rush anything, resting it up, although I have a job interview Monday so the timing couldn't be much worse!

I could think of a few players who are worth about £3. Anthony Pulis springs to mind.

Also, didn't think about this before, but getting to my seat in SMS is going to be bloody difficult. I seem to remember saint_stevo having crutches and going to the game, how do you get about the obvious difficulties?! This is f*cking annoying.

Disappointed but good luck to him if it's true, still think he'd be foolish in moving at this age.

Went over on my ankle last night playing football and tore my ligaments. Anyone else done this? How long does it take to 'heal' i.e be able to walk without crutches, roughly? And how long does it take until it's not this painful anymore? I only ask because the doctor was quite vague.

Was seeing a bird and staying at hers for a few nights, got a bit peckish late at night, decided to go to the near by drive through and I had 20 chicken McNuggets. Did the same the night after. 40 chicken McNuggets in 24 hours and I was absolutely fine.

Magaluf. There are random trampolines dotted about for kids during the day but I'm sure you could leave your kids there at night whilst you go out on the pull. Win/win situation.

I got a ST in the Northam but for that MK Dons game I had to get my ticket on the day, ended up in the Chapel, and I must say the Northam looked and sounded f*cking fantastic. On another, slightly relevant note, in that game I was in the second to back row and everyone around me was stood up, yet all game we had stewards trying to make us sit down. Wish they'd just let us get on with it.
