Yeah, I noticed the same over the weekend re 2nd round, 2nd leg date, so potentially less than a week's notice to sort out flights, hotels, visas being pretty much impossible. Stupid situation. Also worked out that even seeded, there is no way of knowing if we'll be home or away on either date until the actuall draw has been made, no "seeded teams away first" policy.

It depends on the location and how much notice, but anywhere reasonably accessible in Western Europe will sell out quickly.

I've just spotted and I think this is right, that the 2nd round of the 2nd leg is a week after the draw for our third round qualifying draw, so we know if we're home or away, but not where we're playing? Utterly ridiculous for the travelling fans, what a joke!
