The bloke is a loon, there's no reasoning with him, just look through all of his posts from today.

Rodriguez has returned - BREAKING: NEW CONTRACT SIGNED
Sour Mash replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
Weren't we contractually bound to offer him one? Who knows, but fingers crossed he's back to last season's form, would be a great addition to the side. -
Something doesn't tally here, as so many have confirmed its a done deal with United?

Batman fills up page after page on here with these pearls of wisdom, truly great insight into the game of football.

Which are these pressure games that you've decided we're not good at?

Our On-the-Beach mentality is a f**king disgrace

You are a clown. -
That is all he's doing, sometimes well, sometimes over the top.

Because its a great achievement for the club? Because it's a significant step for growing our club and our aim of being top 6? Because it grows the club brand (for want of a better term). If we're not aiming for top 6, what are we aiming for? Having a decent crack at teh Europa and finishing 11th is surely better than not playing in the Europa and finishing 8th? It's pretty obvious that the club will want Europa League football. Was our poor rus in December and February because we didn't want Europa?
-
Did you watch our last home game against Spurs? Plenty of effort on show there. I can well believe a few of the players aren't too fussed about Europa, but the club and Koeman will definitely want it.
-
Agreed. Ridiculous over-reaction from people that can't see that the bigger picture.

I actually hope QPR succeed in their challenge.

Post-Match Reaction: Leicester City 2-0 SAINTS
Sour Mash replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
This is accurate for you? "Indeed, with the season coming to a close there has been far too much talk about new contracts, transfer speculation and preseason plans" "the performances on the pitch away from home have been nothing short of disgraceful." "Having written that Saints would have a massive say in the relegation battle, it seems I was wrong" "but the club need to be wary of the level of expectation they have created." Even if you think our performances are a disgrace, I'd have thought someone writing for ESPN would have tried to give some insight and analysis, rather than a long-winded, rambling emotional rant from someone just in from the pub. -
One of the hardest things in football, and even more so for a club our size, is having a squad of good players that are good enough to contribute when they come in, but content enough not playing every week.

That's an emotional rant on a par with the stuff from Alpine, god knows how it ends up on the ESPN website. -
Both Wanyama and Clyne look their minds are elsewhere at the moment. Disappointing from such key players.
-
I think Djuricic is a good player, can definitely see potential there, I'd start him for the remainder of our games.

That's a good piece, plus this from a similar point http://blogs.telegraph.co.uk/news/seanthomas/100284604/the-self-loathing-of-the-british-left-is-now-a-problem-for-us-all/

We were crap yesterday, but booing the players is utterly ridiculous, especially after this season we've had. -
The NHS is obviously still going to continue. Posts like that just come across as bitter sour grapes.

Who are the lower echelons of society and how and why are they demonised? I assume you think more of the poor should have voted UKIP?
