What would you suggest the board do that they haven't done? Which players are you impressed that Spurs, Everton, Newcastle and Stoke have held onto? Which of their players do you think could improve a top 4 team?

Anyone else seen the quotes that Lallana was threatening to strike back in 2008 when he was trying to get a move? He'll be getting plenty of stick from everyone that I know due to the way he has orchestrated this move and weakened the club's position, in addition to his quotes. He's obviously a good player, he'll strengthen Liverpool's squad, but he's not first XI level player for a team competing for the title or in against decent opposition in the Champions League in my eyes.

On paper he looks very good, fair to say one of the best players in the Eredivisie last season? Anyone watched him play a significant amount?

Or a basic Clattenburg one, try not to be too clever or complicated though. Most people I know would chip in if a decent one was sorted.

No, what has got on everyone's nerves so much is Lallana agitating for a move via Blackmore etc, in the public eye and making Saints position weaker. So this isn't 'one leak'. Feel free to stick up all the leaks that run contrary to this and show that Lallana is actually keen to stay or work with the club? This ITK source is reliable and doesn't really look to have any angle or agenda.

I don't think anyone has suggested it is "one big Cortese conspiracy". Deffo. Sad to see further confirmation that he was involved a couple of weeks ago though.

I think you've got a bit confused along the way. What else could the board be doing in this situation? They've done everything right so far. Which other players are requesting to leave? I can only see Lallana at the moment.

Who knows how Lambert would have reacted? None of us. We can't judge him on something he hasn't done. Lallana is agitating for a move in the public eye and making the club's position weaker = c**ts behaviour from someone as senior and prominent as the team captain.

It makes me sick, he's got the honour of being our first team captain, disgusting behaviour from someone in that position.
