Why is the use of Sarin so different to any other indiscriminate killing/maiming of innocent of civilians? Is slowly dying over a couple of days buried until a pile of rubble so much better? What do you want Britain to do?
-
Should we get involved in every foreign conflict where innocent people are killed? What should our involvement in Syria be?

Went to the game and had a cracking view so watched Lambert closely, he worked very hard without the ball, trying to close, trying to find a bit of space. I actually thought England could have done with hitting a few earlier balls to him for him to bring down and bring others into play, rather than always being patient in their build up. Has to be remembered that Moldova were like a League One/Two side, but without the physical presence.

Anyone watching England in London tonight..?
Sour Mash replied to Unbelievable Jeff's topic in The Saints
Was loads of Saints shirts there tonight. Thankfully I managed to have nearly a block to myself and was able to watch the game in peace. -
You're really not making much sense. They don't need to do it to be "nice to fans" they need it to reduce prices to get a reasonable amount of people through the gates.
-
BUt we still have plebty of games that won't sell out.

You'd be able to make it up there in time from Bank. See plenty of people at evening games in London in suits. -
Do the northern Saints and London Saints still get allocations for away games?
-
Only caught the 2nd half. Thought Shaw looked excellent, JWP a little anonymous, England generally flattered to deceive a bit.
-
Ha, what a life you must lead!
-
Why would he be a tit? It would be a complete waste of money putting them in.
-
True, but Liverpool being more expensive sort of balances that out a bit. So far our support hasn't shown the club that we can definitely sell out 3k tickets for games up north. Will be interesting to see what we do for Man Utd.
-
I reckon that was definitely it, the club would have lost loads on that Man City game.
-
Yes strange that, but my question was more aimed at what might be happening off the field this season - apologies, should have made it clearer.

What have you heard then?

Capital One Cup: Bristol City Ticket Details Announced
Sour Mash replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
But thats people's point. Most won't pay it and it'll unfortunately be a low crowd. -
Don't see why anyone would have a problem with Watford did? From a different league and country, so no unfair advantage there.
-
AGreed. Our CB partnership has been as solid as could be expected to date, definitely no reason to change.
-
Ha, fair enough, but he's as far away from a "Sheringham" type of player that a forward could really be.
-
Who has compared Rodriguez to Sheringham? Never seen that comparison anywhere. Why would Lambert need a rest already?
-
Don't see that at all I'm afraid. Shaw offers loads going forward, Chambers really not so much.
-
Agreed. There'll be the expectation that every new player coming through our academy is going to be a £20m "wonder-kid".
-
If Clyne and Shaw are out again, what is our "plan B"? Are we too reliant on the use of those full backs.
-
It's a more complex than "home" or "away" line ups. Our two away games so far haven't really shown any need for three defensive CMs, however some games against Man City, Arsenal, etc might do?

Atmosphere has absolutely nothing to do with transfer speculation.
