They'll be referring to the one block of our allocation we haven't taken, same as up there last year. Pity.

I like Wanyama and think he's been good, but my main concern would be he doesn't seem to be bringing the best out of Schneiderlin.
-
Puncheon's "personal reasons" was wanting first team football.

Why not play Clyne? As harsh as it is on Chambers, Clyne is currently a better player. Could Shaw not play at all? Is it true he's had a falling out with MP? Regardless, without two full backs who can give us width our whole system doesn't work, we have no cutting edge. It looks like MP doesn't know his best team - how to fit Lambert and Osvaldo together; how to get Ramirez in the team; how to play JWP without us losing width. Wanyama has been good in my eyes, but he doesn't seem to bring the best out of Schneiderlin the way Cork did. I thought Lovren looked good again, he's top draw. Should have had a pen. Great effort from Lallana, who I thought played well. We weren't terrible and Norwich weren't really the better team, but just didn't look like the sort of team I was expecting us to be this season. Expectations and all that I guess.

Most Saints fans care, I guess you don't.

A change in manager and spending £30m, have we improved?
-
That's not 'rotating' players, it's covering for injuries and as you say yourself, Cork didn't even get on then which must be making him think how much playing time he'll be getting this year.

It cracks me up when people say this - if it was so much out in the open how come it wasn't once reported on here?

Best Saints pubs to visit before and after a game

Have a few around Bedford Place and London Road, can doa few different places in a short time and see what suits you best. -
Coach and Horses, Fat Cat and Canary, Jubilee, fair few others around Norwich.

I'm certainly not saying it's a bad pub, it's much better than most - just that some of the praise is a bit over the top and it'd actually be better for a few pints on a non-football day. -
Norwich has tons of proper pubs, why would you want to go to a Lloyds Bar?
-
Of course it's all good news, but this isn't an article as such, just a blog written by a Saints fan.

It's over-rated. Plus gets packed if there is more than about 30 people up there. Plenty of other good places for an ale around St Denys/Bevois Valley. -

Agreed, not the best pub in the world, but not the worst either, real pity it's closed, yet another Saints pub gone. Rumour was that an employee did a runner with some of the takings and also that it's been sold with the plan of turning it into an Indian restaurant. Shame. -
Doesn't Osvaldo run in behind opposition defences?
-
Add Cork to your bench and maybe swap Hooiveld for Yoshida and that'd probably be it for me as well.

Depends what you like in a pub? Busy or quiet? Sky sports? Real ale? -
Just that bloke's random opinion that he'd be a good player for us?
-
Anyone with half a brain could see he was having a laugh.

Would be nice if the points system actually works.

I think Puncheon's 'personal reasons' were wanting first team football, not living in London.

Every ticket seems to have a low number on it. we'll have 500 up there.

I thought we only bought players that were an improvement on our first 11?
