  1. My day was ruined by too many drunk, anti-social Saints fans. Think we need a message in the next home programme against this sort of malarky.
  2. Maybe. But hard to have too much sympathy with a bunch of cloggers like Watford that love a shove and a barge, going to give away a few pens if you don't know how to defend properly.
  3. Yet Saints fans on this thread keep posting that its "funny" and "lol". Nothing amusing about it at all, it's disgusting.
  4. Guess it wouldn't do any harm as long as it didn't effect ticket allocation. Can't think of too many places it could be used like that though? And they'd have to have a system that ties in with ours.
  5. Possibly. But the discussion was on priority for important, in demand tickets - such a method would be ridiculous.
  6. Where have I said anything like that? Follow the thread Gumbo.
  7. Point being, there is an obvious reason why no club has used a system like that. Its ridiculous. Fans getting priority over others for the most important , in demand tickets, based on where they happen to do their weekly shopping
  8. No chance. Ridiculous & no other club uses a system anything like it.
  9. Because the whole point is to award the most loyal fans. Not a difficult concept.
  10. Could easily have a policy something like; 20 points at a start for all season ticket holders, 1 point per home game for non-season ticket holders, 2 points per away game attended for all fans - each away game allocated on number of points held. Points halved at the end of each season and carried through to the next year. I should run the ticket office, would be world class.
  11. Not really. I'm far from being a fan of "England Fans" system, but it does work well and for the most part rewards the loyalist of supporters when tickets are rare for key games. Not exactly complicated.
  12. Good question that.
  13. FFS, what is going to happen to our local turnstyle operators? Redundancy after many years of great service? All told, good bit of news this, as long as it is implemented properly. Says in the release that "box office" staff can select you the best seat in the house, assuming in practice that we can choose our own on-line like most of these systems. Also, while it is definitely good news, there are plenty of clubs that already have similar systems in place, so lets not get too carried away.
  14. Leeds has always been like that. Would make it even better to get in, get a good win and get the f**k out of there. Determined not to spend any money once in the ground.
  15. God save the Queen.
  16. No. HTH.
  17. Reckon I might be on my own with this one ha......Still in the boozer by midday regardless.
  18. Didn't come across like that in the original article, which seemed to suggest that it was both.
  19. What a stupid, pointless post on so many levels.
  20. No they're not, they're utter sh**e. Guess competitive football on a regular basis will help regardless, but I definitely reckon he should be playing ina better team than that.
  21. Examples? Been going home and away for many a year, and while we do have a few loud idiots, never seen any example of "passers-by being scared sh1tless " by Saints fans.
  22. Take it they're not looking at Lee Clark? Guess they want previous managerial experience in the Prem.
  23. Exactly. Can't see ti being true. Not really worth the hassle for the Prem is it, relatively peanuts for them, doubt they'd be @rsed with any arguments over it.
