To be honest, its not just them, loads seem to find it impossible to sing it right, plus there are always those morons that try and clap throughout it.
-
Spot on. Hate modern football and can only see it getting worse.
-
You could equally assume that the statement applies to any of those tickets in our allocation that are unsold and can be bought on the day. We've got no idea what our total allocation might be.
-
Would be gutted to get a good chance of a cup run, then go out to someone like Palace. Their first team has been decent this year, can't see their 2nd string being up to much though, depends what teams either side turns out I guess.
-
Does it say for definite that there are more tickets/tickets available on the night after this additional allocation has been sold? I would assume there'd be plenty more, but that article doesn't really make it clear.

? Think you might have misread my comment. Cork's error leading to Derby's goal, then he's dropped to the bench for West Ham game. As I said, unlikely anyway.
-
Completely agree, the lad is top class and has been all season. However, I think he was at fault for Derby's goal (?), not sure if that had anything to do with him being dropped to the bench? Probably not.
-
Saw that and at those prices, I'm not going to bother. Reckon the gigs will be rubbish anyway.
-
I think I'm missing something here. Everyone, apart from De Ridder stopped as soon as that challenge went in on Harding and the ref blew straight away, way before De Ridder had shot. That was clear to me in the Northam that the game was being brought back and their defender didn't got to close it down. Not sure why people are classing this in anyway as a "disallowed goal".
-
But we don't have to each collect our own individual coach ticket do we? I'm booking ina group of 4 I think and was planning on just one going down to pick them up. I'd assumed it was to stop people saying theirs hadn't turned up in the post? And our £3 booking fee not covering recorded delivery ha?
-
People want fair, reasonable and consistent policing, not too much to ask I reckon?
-
Whole game on there now. Probably be sad enough to watch all again at some point.
-
Noticed that at the time. Never seen anyone doing that before, what a knob. He was slightly lucky not to get booked again for unsporting behaviour.
-
I was hoping the original poster was joking and I hope you are as well, if not how the f**k were you given the responsibility of moderator on here?
-
I've been pretty much everywhere home and abroad, so I know what other clubs are like thanks. Just cracks me up when mincers say it was 'too tense' to make any noise.
-
Genuinely have never seen a team play as direct and one dimensional as West Ham did last night. They've got some quality players going to waste there at the moment.
-
What a load of rubbish. It's games like last night that fans are meant to make the difference. Or are you telling me the Chapel & Kingsland are waiting for a more 'relaxed' game before they start making some noise ha ha! I look forward to hearing them at Barnsley at home etc!
-
Same as me and agree, our support was nothing special at all.
-
Always an absolutely bulls**t excuse for people not getting behind the side, it was "too tense", laughable.
-
That's going to be 60-70 coaches I reckon, logistical nightmare getting them to Fratton and unloaded.
-
If we do not sell all of these and quickly, I will never go to another Saints game again such would be my utter disgust with those around me at future matches.
-
If you read my post in context you will see that I said that we lack a cutting edge without Lallana and/or De Ridder. That is a fact.
-
I thought the Itchen North were excellent last night, as someone has already said especially considering it would have been made up of a fairly random mix of saints fans that bought at the last minute. However, the rest of the ground was really poor apart from one occassion that Chapel got going. Why do people bother standing in the Northam and then don't bother getting behind the side? Why can't so many of our fans sing OWTS properly? Or any song that doesn't involve clapping furiously like the "Red and White Barmy Army", which sounds gay as f**k? And huge sections of our support just don't get involved full stop. Few 50/50 decisions that went against us in-front of the Kingsland and not one person jumped up or reacted. You've got about 8k people in the stand sat their pretty much comatose - bad enough for most games, unbelievable for a first v second clash like last night.
-
Could see a few empty seats dotted around in the chapel. That's the problem with the free/very cheap kids tickets - people are more likely to buy them even when they know they won't always be used and it makes it hard for there to really be a full house - I don't think last night was the biggest attendance at St Marys.
