  1. Good stuff, they should definitely stick regular updates on here, good to support such a service and there are always people in need of a lift that really don't fancy the travel club.
  2. ANyone know what week these games would be played in?
  3. You'll definitely be able to buy tickets up there, can't remember if it is actually pay on the gate up there or if there is one of those little tickets booths you have to use though.
  4. Are the Saints Away coaches people running a coach for this one? Was Leicester a one off?
  5. Cheaper tickets?
  6. Spot on and beat me to it. The USA was also happy to make a fortune out of Britain as a result of both world wars.
  7. We only release them as close to the match day as possible - harder for fans to buy in person = more £3 payments for the TO.
  8. Been loads of times over the years and it's always been a s**t away day full-stop.
  9. I've gone to the trouble of looking it up. Was the Alexandra. Good pub.
  10. Yeah, I realised that after posting, couldn't be bothered to go back to edit it though. 25k with West Ham selling their allocation would probably be my call as well to be fair.
  11. I think we'll obviously get a good crowd in for West Ham, but I very much doubt it'll be a complete sell out (opening and filling Itchen North etc).
  12. Always gone in the Merry Widows and never had a problem, usually fairly quiet. Not the best pub around though. All the pubs on that road across from the station are good from what I've found over the years.
  13. But different grounds with different lay-outs. Where would all the coaches unload? What route would they take? Much easier for the police to escort from the station to the ground, so I'm pretty sure this won't happen.
  14. It's not.
  15. Exactly - it is the same tactic that Brighton used a lot at St Marys last year and is a key part of Adkins tactics - make the pitch as big as possible when we have the ball (so use as much of the pitch as possible to suck in opposing players and pull them out of position) and make the pitch as small as possible when we don't have the ball.
  16. Agree on all those points. If Brum actually took their chances, it could have been a very different score-line. Think De Ridder could be the answer as a "Plan B", direct, quick and quite powerful, but he is going to need more than the 5 or 10 mins he's getting at the moment to get some momentum going.
  17. Kingsland North, followed by Itchen north.
  18. Been a couple of times and its a blinding place for a weekend on the beer. Just stroll around the various back streets of the Repperbahn and there is plenty to see and do. Its a proper drinking city, so lots of pubs, a fair few of which open up on a Thursday morning and don't close again until Monday evening. Shouldn't be too hard to get St Pauli tickets. I know their ground has had a fair bit of work on it over the last few years and it depends who they're playing. I'd suggest dropping them an email and getting tickets bought as soon as possible.
  19. Would definitely go. Like him or not, a definite charachter and obviously got something about him. Surely more interesting than the usual boring, management conference?
  20. Why? It's pretty straight forward really.
  21. No. It's not really. Maybe if the club had taken a bit more of an interest in selling season tickets back in pre-season, they wouldn't be quite so desperate to shift tickets now.
  22. Also regularly highlighted in the OS facebook and twitter posts, does definitely give the impression we haven't sold too many for Sunday. You're not missing much.
  23. We'll probably never know for certain, but I'm pretty certain that Ml and NC knew they got an absolute bargain with Saints and if we were sold now, would break even at an absolute minimum, if not a decent profit, which would definitely be the case if we were to be back up in the Prem in the next couple of years.
  24. Unfortunately most fans don't give a f**k until it starts to directly affect them.
  25. They should have thought of that when it came to selling season tickets.
