If nothing changes after the latest repair, then demand a replacement car under warranty and see what response you get
-
I'd get proper advice on it but if you've already paid for the car in full I'm pretty sure you are entitled to a full refund under the Sales of Goods Act if it went wrong in the first 3 weeks. Problem is now because it's had 4 repair attempts on it the resale value is going to be compromised. I'd have thought the best option now would be a replacement car under warranty, especially if they've tried to fix it after 4 repair attempts. Also, did you pay for the car in full? Technically the car doesn't belong to you until you've paid for it in full, and in the meantime it belongs to the finance company.

But he didn't and the fans knew he wouldn't hence why the boycott continued during this period. I'm glad you finally acknowledge there was a boycott and it wasn't all a conspiracy by the major national and local news and our fans pretending it was. Course there were also plenty of fans who stayed away because we were doing badly, it would be the same with any club but there was a well documented boycott which I'm glad you've finally acknowledged. Considering Lowe brought bugger all investment since 1997 why the hell would he have brought any when he came back? Especially when he had Michael "we got our club back" Wilde by his side who promised and spectacularly failed to invest any of his money into the club when he was chairman. With this and after all Lowe, Wilde and Crouch had been more concerned with their personal egos than this club that is why during this entire period there was a boycott. It's no good trying to say we're wrong when your own responses are now backing up our replies, especially when you post the words "I know it" and then prove completely the opposite with the rest of your post.

to which he sticks his fingers in his ears and goes "la la la la la la" and then claims no has explained it. The funniest thing is he just doesn't stop digging

"Swing Lowe" anyone? a 1 2 3, All together now. . .

Nope, There was a civil war in the boardroom between Lowe Wilde and Crouch (not Peter Crouch, Leon Crouch to make it clear for you) and each were alternating in ****ing the club up. Wilde's empty promises, his appointment of Hone & Dulieu who nearly got us involved with SISU (Ask Coventry City fans what they think of them). Then shortly after Wilde promised he would never have anything to do with Lowe again, he returned in a joint bid with Lowe to oust Crouch. They then proceeded to get rid of Nigel Pearson (who many thought had done a very good job here) and employ two clueless Dutchmen namely Poortvliet and Wotte to bring "Total Football" to st Mary's when they actually bought "total crap" for most of the season. The protests were against Lowe, Wilde & Crouch and other people like hangers-on like Trant, over the mismanagement of the club. The fans' boycott was against all of them (ie. the 'conspiracy' that Sky, the BBC and various other national and local media all bought into which resulted in our attendances plummeting) You are clearly woefully ignorant about our history in that period.

It isn't uncommon when a Superintendent or similar is being considered for promotion, to get certain statistics up at the right time

Leicester are struggling at the moment. Schmeichel got a yellow for either time wasting or arguing before the penalty and then a second yellow for throwing the ball away after Forest scored the penalty Chris Weale came on in the second half and looked very unconvincing. He got absolutely nowhere near the cross that led to their goal. Need to put pressure on him

Someone obviously hasn't got round to filling in the paperwork after the Portsmouth game. . . What the hell were they doing letting both fans out at the same time again
-
Can't say I've noticed, it's usually taken close to a minute to refresh or timeout completely week in week out for me. Today the pages are as quick as when there isn't a game on

Site is running very quickly during the match. Massive improvement.

I'd have thought you'd have taken this http://www.amazon.co.uk/Margaret-Thatcher-Her-Own-Words/dp/1849540608/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1313785898&sr=8-1

Ah yes, one of the few things that brought most of the fans together back then - a whole rendition of 'Swing Lowe'. "Swing Lowe, swing Rupert Lowe Hang him from the Itchen Bridge" that's as far as I remember of that number these days

No you didn't need to be a genius. All you had to do was memorise 5-6 brief summaries of psychological studies (surname of psychologist, year and brief description of study) and write in a clear, coherent and methodical manner about how they illustrated a certain behaviour or trend and that was it. You didn't need any background knowledge of psychology to do it. Barely anything more than a test of memory. There again I also had a look at his mock English Language paper and I would have struggled with it. Swings and roundabouts to an extent but there are some easy papers out there in certain subjects

Ubuntu is more the programmer's OS where Windows is the consumer's OS Windows is far more user friendly to the average IT numpty whereas Ubuntu is a lot easier to chop and change and fiddle around with where Windows is restrictive

Last year I did a mate's mock A2 level psychology paper with a 2 min prep talk and absolutely no background knowledge of psychology whatsoever, and got a B. Still, I agree with the point on there being a lot of pressure on the students because there just isn't the opportunities outside of college/university that there was in my day. Also it isn't the students fault, they can only do their best with what is placed in front of them. The company I co-run was recruiting recently and one of me fellow directors had the attitude that if an applicant didn't have As in their A levels it indicated a lack of effort or intelligence depending on the grades. It was something I did have words about but it just shows the cynicism starting to creep in with regards to A levels and university degrees now.

My mate's lad had a job interview recently and when he said he had 3 Bs at A level the interviewer said "Doesn't everybody?" Summed it up well I thought. Still well done to those doing well in their exams.

You've just your illustrated your ignorance in one foul swoop there. And please explain how a boycott, described as a "boycott" by Sky, BBC, the local media, the newspapers, the club and the fans, backed up by a massive dip in attendances is "mythical"? Maybe you could get Javier Saviola or Diego Maradona could answer that one. . .

or even better, a motion activated jet spray for £30 http://www.amazon.co.uk/STV-Big-Cheese-STV414-Repeller/dp/B003TLA4FS/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1313671179&sr=8-4

In an attempt to being some sensible suggestions to this thread, do you know where/how they get in to your garden in the first place? I remember a friend of mine stopping cats getting into his garden by putting spikes on his walls with a warning sign to cover himself from liability. However I think this can only be done if it is a boundary between two private properties and not a boundary between a private property and a public highway. I think the RSPCA even recommend a type to use to keep cats out, how effective their recommended methods are is another matter

This site needs sorting out on match day.

To put it into perspective, a quick forum search will tell you that complaints about server slowness were being posted on here 2 and a half years ago. Whilst I appreciate the efforts you, Steve and anyone else go to you've got the classic problem of now providing a service that many felt was previously superior when it was free. In terms of practical suggestions has there ever been/you considered having a sticky on the main board where forum members can post suggestions and ideas on how to improve the performance and developing a list in the original post? (One suggestion I noticed was restricting the forum to registered users only during matches) Whilst there is the danger of it being hijacked by nonces and people moaning about the same thing over and over again I'm sure there's some techie people on here who may have some good ideas. Then have a trial run with the best suggestions.
