When 2 are injuries, yes. Playing the youth team under Lowe was a major problem, this isn't. There is an issue that needs to be addressed and the defence needs improving and I'm confident Adkins will sort it. You really shouldn't be so worried about it.

I agree, There are people on this forum who have probably slit their wrists because we didn't sign John Terry. We obviously didn't get any of our first choices but Hooiveld is the type of player we need, and even if he isn't any good he'll be gone in January.

Make sure you have a list of all the repair attempts you've had, a photo of this latest oil leak and if possible did the RAC guy give you any paperwork when he looked at the car? I wonder if you contacted them they'd have the callout logged they could send you a summary of what they found on paper. Any independent report by the RAC will be worth its weight in gold. Depends which way round you want to do it but I'd go to the place you bought it, demand to have a replacement car under warranty and if they say no you'll be contacting trading standards/looking into legal options, unless as dronski says you want to go to TS first.

He wasn't our first target but I'm satisfied with the signing. At 6 ft 4 ins he seems the ideal partner for Fonte, being a more mobile version of Jaidi. Has had success in Scandanavia, didn't work out at Celtic but maybe if he plays alongside an ideal partner (ie. Fonte) he may flourish? His height is going to be handy for a start, shame we couldn't have signed him for the Swindon game to try him out but he's more experienced than Martin/Seaborne and I should think he's more mobile than Jaidi I look forward to seeing him play
