Wow, doubt it’s real given the badge isn’t in a shield like the other two kits. Pity

Bill Shankly and Bob Paisley will be turning in their graves. What a load of shite

Player and other .... of the season 2019/2020 edition
beatlesaint replied to SNSUN's topic in The Saints
1 - Danny Ings 2 - Obafemi 3 - Smallbone 4 - Romeu after a couple of dodgy seasons 5 - KWP 6 - Valery in a few games but especially that Leicester game. Special mention Gunn, same game 7 - McCarthy v City home 8 - Chelsea away, Leicester away, City home, Spurs home, Poopey away 9 - Aside from the obvious I’m going with home to Bournemouth 10 - Man City at home, Man Utd away 11 - “If Only That had gone in” moment - Ings missing the chance for a 2-2 draw home to Liverpool 12 - Worse Ref - Mike Dean 13 - Best off field moment - RH signing new four year contract 14 - Unsung Hero - Saints Foundation during the lockdown -
Yeah ridiculous, hes been like a bloody great cart horse a lot of the time. One of those Sheff Utd centre backs would have been a better bet or just go the whole hog and stick Gomez in there

What I meant was I don’t think he would have been stood there to score it
-
I still think Adams looks slow to react to situations in the penalty area in particular. On the flip side of that when he has the time to tee up a shot he puts some power into it. Obafemi I think has better poaching instincts. I don’t think Adams would have scored the leveller at Old Trafford whereas I’m not sure Obafemi would have taken both those chances Adams put away today. Swings and roundabouts, apples and oranges etc 😆

Exactly. It amuses me they are having crowd trials at Goodwood horse racing next weekend. Umm, a racecourse is bloody massive, it’s hardly gonna be a stretch to spread out a few thousand people over that much space. I’m sure face masks will be a requirement but that’s a small price to pay.

And had five seasons to sort out a defence. Over 60 goals conceded each season, it’s not like the warning signs weren’t there and he didn’t address them.
-
Well Lawrie McMenemy has been announced as a Saints Foundation Ambassador so I suppose there’s some pre-match news !
-
He will but he must also know that he had very little to do with actually winning either....as will everyone else. Its a hollow victory for him really but he probably has convinced himself hes earned it.
-
If they go down it will be open season for clubs looking for a bargain. Wilson, King, Ake, Brooks, Cook, Lerma, Billings will all be in demand or looking to leave plus Harry Wilson will be leaving Liverpool-On-Sea (Boscombe) to head back to the mother city.

Yes, shown by that teasing little tweet on Friday with a padlock against KWP and Bertrand's names
-
but maybe renewing a contract or making a loan permanent isnt so much ?
-
Yes they are
-
I think we will, not straight away, sometime in October maybe and I wouldn’t be surprised especially given the feared autumn/winter second wave, if we had to wear face masks. That’ll upset LeTiss 😆
-
Elyounoussi back at Celtic next season for another loan isnt he ?
-
thats good, dont take it to heart, after all its a form of social media and nothing on social media is real 😁
-
says someone with over 30,000 posts on a football forum 🙄

Its not a case of swallowing everything on twitter in the slightest. The truth is Le Tissier is saying these things, its not a fake account, its him. So brush it off as Twitter is shite but bottom line is he is typing his bizzare theories and has been since lockdown began back in March. Bloody hell he even had a twitter row with Benali's son, someone who has known him since he was a little kid. Thats beyond winding up the masses.
-
thats gonna go down well if Spurs pull out and he goes to Everton. Doesnt take much to upset them and that certainly will
-
oh so thats why a seemingly perfectly normal, decent person can turn into a twat on there is it ? ok whatever.
-
well hes succeeding cos hes trending on twitter where the common opinion is great footballer but absolute knob. As Official Club Ambassador I bet the powers that be at St Mary's are delighted by it

I get the impression that Matt likes to be quite argumentative (always right in other words) so he challenges people on twitter. His latest one is a poll about if the govt stopped you driving cos it was dangerous.....not sure how he links that situation with Covid19 but hey ho, each to his own.
