  1. After Pellegrino left Alaves, they hired a guy called Abelardo. Now Alaves are currently top of the league in Spain... Would he come here, surely we can offer more money.
  2. I'll be judging him after the next two games. No wins in either of them and I'm afraid my judgement will be that we'll need a new manager. I do expect us to beat Newcastle at home, so that's the big game. Knowing us though he'll be judged in March when it's too late.
  3. Yeh, in terms of achievements this century, Koeman has to be top, then it goes: Puel Strachan Pochettino Adkins (would be higher obviously but I'm going by Premier League only for this list) Sturrock Pellegrino Wigley Redknapp Relative to the strength of the squad, Puel would be top by a country mile.

  5. The Arse?
  6. The game could've been entirely different had Sunderland been given a penalty when it was still at 0-0. Think we would've ended up at 10 men too.
  7. Apparently he's giving most of his fortune to 'charitable causes' so you never know, we might get lucky after all. Or maybe he's put in a good word for us and Bill Gates will come calling.
  8. Seventies
  9. Elyounoussi scored for Norway Don't think we've seen the best of this guy yet, hopefully he's overcome his injury because we need him on top form.
  10. Bournemouth are an odd one, win 4-0 one week, lose 4-0 another week. Defensively neither team are particularly good.
  11. So this means we’re stuck with Gao forever then?
  12. His record is scored 30 pens, missed 9. 77% conversion record
  13. Desperate or not, there's no excuse for this at all. And if I was that desperate for money, there are a million things I can think of that I'd try to do before something like this even entered my mind.

  15. In unsurprising news, Tadic just missed a penalty for Serbia
  16. Qualifying starts in March, those games are all on ITV. The draw for the qualifying is at the start of December.

  18. I saw someone on Twitter say that he confessed to it all, before deleting his account.

  20. They have to have a certain number of test events (I think it's two) before they get given a safety certificate and can have a full stadium, so I imagine these test events will be U23 fixtures. Also, maybe the police and the club want the first fixture to be held at the weekend rather than on a weekday?
