  1. Odd question as why would you think anyone on here would have a clue as clearly nothing announced yet? These guys running the comms are clueless dicks who like posting gallery pcs and YouTube vids rather than providing any concrete dates when we will get info. I think they like the tease
  2. http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/southampton-transfer-news-mauricio-pochettino-1846471?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter They don't name all 15
  3. Unbeaten in last 6 is hardly sleepwalking into relegation.
  4. Villa have to play Wigan, stoke, Sunderland -they cant all take 3 pts. Utd and Chelsea are their other 2 games. Wigan have to go to arsenal and man city and also have Spurs next week Newcastle have Livepool and Arsenal Sunderland play stoke and away to Spurs last game Stoke play Norwich Of course we could go but nearly every result woudl have to go against us which won't happen. Bookies know this hence we are 100/1. Relax although if worried puta tenner on.
  5. Anyone who buys the Daily Star should be banned from the forum for being too thick to make a contribution. Although expect cb fry enjoys the easier of it's sudokus
  6. What do you think are key, or single most factors to us no longer being in a relegation scrap? I think Boruc has saved us more than many think and f we still had Kelvin in goal woudl have probably lost today. Presence just oozes confidence.
  7. Capello lost his gravitas when started talking to press in English. I like taht it sounds cultured even if it may be the same as Nige's cliches albeit in another language. Juntos como uno

    Danny Fox

Anyone know Fox's win ratio? Played ok today but still often likes to point at unmarked players rather then get near them. Really like him but no room for sentiment and without emergence of Shaw and signing of Boruc I think we could well still be very much in relegation scrap
  9. It is his comments people are referring to and he doesnt have much of a clue as is apparent to most on here and not cos he isnt predicting 4-0 wins for us each week. I am understanding other people's apparent issues with you as you appear to like to be contrary and need the attention.
  10. Anyone know if the park and ride is worth using? Or is lcal parking ok? This does not seem conclusive http://www.footballgroundguide.com/swansea_city/#Visiting-The-Liberty-Stadium
  11. As a neutral I would say both MLG and Turkish have issues. Maybe if I was in a lighter mood it would be amusing but looks desperate. You can win an argument without emerging with credit boys.
  12. Poll seems pointless but hey we all like a poll rather than rambling text. Also might have been worded as 'most enjoyable over last 4 seasons' as if anyone was listing JPT as the greatest ( not even a great achievement but the greatest) clearly taking the p1ss. Got my vote though!
  13. I would also say read lots of good books which so many kids won't do these days. Media is changing of course but grammar, vocab, sentence structure etc which will always be required for a journo, and this often will come by exposure to the great writers.
  14. The fact that so much more coverage and can see all away games on tv. And beating the big boys is always satisfying the buzz after CIty, Liverpool, and Chelsea can never be matched in lower leagues as we always half expected to beat any of the top teams in L1 and Champ. And can only really think of 2 home games where have been completely disappointing- Sunderland and QPR Another reason: Staying up this season and the guarantee of having even more financial clout if relegated from now on will ensure far more bounce back in first season then previously. Not good overall for football IMO but hey we are in there. Imagine Phil Gartside is not pushing the Premier League no relagation motion much these days
  15. It's Prima Donna - just for the record like
  16. He's a great cultured player but QPR appear to have very little team spirit, unsurprisingly considering their general policy of signing overpaid under performers most past their best. Fact that someone didn't perform in that set-up in their first season in prem wouldn't overly worry me. And imagine no one will be offering the QPR money as done f ck all to show he is worth it this season. Being on a huge clubs books at young age can also get people over excited as clearly must have bucket loads of talent but application and working hard that make s you a great player. Imagine MP knows all about him though
  17. I was at West Ham also. There was cheering in Saints end at first when announced game delayed. No one realised the seriousness initially and thought it was hooligans. I can't remember mood turning sombre but remember later seeing Sunday papes on sale in London and realsiing the scale. Something more innocent not having Twitter and mobile devices
  18. slightly off thread but in Frog and Parrot after game a lad with a Millwall shirt was on his own watching game and loads of West Ham fans giving him **** - fair play to him though he was standing up to them but got ejected for his own safety. Plenty here saying fighting ok but so many 'hard men' at football only prepared to have a go when numbers stacked with them. Although said Millwall fan did appear to have a screw loose. To all those saying they expect away fans to get a kicking for celebrating it think depends on the fan and circumstance- a dad with his kid celebrating teh football is not the same as someone taken the p1ss provoking and gets what he deserves/should expect. Often cowards will attack the dad type fan not the proper thug so not as principled as they like to state. Also curious that so often doesn't kick off in pubs with rival fans any more - what is difference btween the tribal non-rugby approach? Bottle? TBH i have grown out of it but still irks me.

  20. Somebody must have had a word with him as even praises us in teh Reading prediction. As well as his league table would be interesting to see profit/loss if backed his outcomes and results over the season.
  21. Quality. Wasn't he only a couple of years in to last deal?
  22. Nowt wrong with Linayker
  23. The current form table would have to be static though for prediction in OP. i cant recall saints 6 results mirroring their 6 previous to that..ever
  24. I was in that group - even singing Saints songs at times and only one threatening look from 12 yo kid. Was like being at the rugby
  25. When Oliver Morar tweets people need to listen
