A recent article http://afootballreport.com/post/68065774976/the-curious-case-of-gaston-ramirez-by-aniefiok

Always the voice of reason on that programme. Impressed you have the will to listen to it.

Got 4 of 2-0s correct already. He knows his football.
-
My point wasnt taht buying player doesnt work- of course it does. It is more about trusting the manager. why get an ok CB in Jan when get long-term improveemnt in summer. May or may not be right but just thinking cheque book our in January is not the solution
-
Stop inflaming the situation! It is the disagreements that bring anger notsomuch the topic
-
I hadn't noticed tbh although if someone calls me pal I would take that as an insult. Know what I mean pal

I actually think this place is far better for having Turkish posting. Don't agree with him always and enjoys antagonising but actually speaks sense....mostly
-
Agree but for a couple of games he'd have been ok and how many teams do have excellent kippers waiting to step in? We are not that big a club to expect cover that would please every unreasonable tw*t on here in every position. Element of risk and need to improve but one and half season back in PL and people expect so much. Yoshida is an example - many expecting him to be starting this season and now probably same people saying get rid. Just laughable loyalty but this place appears to be mainly an ego contest more than a place for rational thought.
-
Everyone foresaw Kelvin wouldn't be fit as well of course.
-
Yeah what does Wenger know? Buy and buy big, get rid of Ramsay and Giroud. Gnabry - never heard of him.
-
Sensible post. So many expect such foresight that the manager should be able to predict when Yoshida is going to slip in a game. every fan wants the squad stregthen but is about timing and not panicking when some player who if we were injury free would not be playing. Rarely get value in January.

they are rarely wrong though http://www.footballtransferleague.co.uk/newspaper_statistics.aspx and that source is wildly higher than that that I have seen before although my lazy approach to research means I will not explore further

Mark Duggan family reacts with fury to inquest verdict of lawful killing

Quite funny how my Twitter feed and this forum contrast so much. I must follow too many lefties who want to get outraged. -
F*** me you lot even repeat discussing things such as what London is like. Unless it is different people but don't you think you can exhaust subjects. Or have you Londoners run out of things to do?
-
definitely preferable to keep monthly payments the same. The length doesn't have to show as reduced but can clearly calculate when you owe nothing which will inevitably be sooner. Each month that payment will be paying a larger % of the equity and less interest as well. I don't bother saving anymore just overpay and call back if ever need a lump sum. Nationwide have the money back to you in a week.
-
Never mind the 30+ appearances last season eh? I despair at the lack of loyalty to our players from many on here. Unless they play superbly in every game they're in for a kicking. Well on here at least.

Turkish and Kraken deriding other peoples's views on players even on an innocuous thread like this. nice to see you have love for one another at least.

Shame Arsenal got such an easy tie as well -
You have seen this presumably? http://mobile.saintsfc.co.uk/news/article/saints-vs-burnley-fa-cup-preview-1273334.aspx?pd=635243547780000000 Not suggesting anything other than a vastly weakened side
-
Totally agree although feel NC is more of same opinion as Paul Lambert.
-
I wouldn't even call you a supporter with that attitude. Assume you were nowhere to be seen when were not in your precious Premier league?
-
This should be a voucher game.

3 home games on trot at this time of year with the forecast. Not ideal but I'll be there as still love the FA cup and hate it when we go out. I can't believe so many fans who say they couldn't care less. PL existence being someone's goal for their club is so desperate.
