I agree that this is a vital week. I think it will determine if we have a good shout for auto promotion or need to focus ourselves on the playoffs (where, barring any more big injuries, I would be fairly confident even if it is a lottery). I wish we had a clearer picture of the injury situation going into it. I also think we as a club have historically had a problem of rising to the occasion for single matches. Derby at home in the playoff season still smarts when I think about it. I also dont understand why certain posters on here persistently seek to play down the importance of certain matches.

Very carefully worded by NA yesterday. Personally, I reckon we wont see him again until next season, but pleased for him that the road back is starting.

Salmond was all geared up for an intellectual battle, and he got Paxo comparing him to Mugabe and asking how to transport 24 tons of gold back to Scotland, then taking the p*ss when Pie-Face implied it might stay in a vault at the Bank of ENGLAND. Pure comic genius. If you want Pie-Face dissected, suggest you go elsewhere.

And how well it was going until the end of November. I was feeling good back in August, and still feeling good then. I've read somewhere we've scored one more point than Coventry over the last 10 games. Definitely relegation form. I am pleased this thread was dug up (although it was clearly done to provide some form of dig at me), because it shows that I too was on the bus for quite a while until the whole thing went tits up due to lack of squad depth. No matter. There is still time to turn this thing around, and with the arrival of Lee, the return of the Prodigal Son and a mass return to fitness on the cards, maybe it will happen. And maybe at the right time too, as we come out of this bloody awful Jan-Feb period.
