The only piece of advice I would make is to try to find out if it has been stolen or not. Might not be easy. You have to admit its location was odd. Try to get is valued, and if it is some from well-known reputable craftsman, there might be an open case about it. You might be able to date if from the hallmark, if it is silver

Agree with all that, but do wonder if NC knows what the world he is getting himself into if we do win promotion. I really wonder what his plan is, and how much of a "war chest" he might be able to call on at that point. Because the level of financial support required to achieve that is probably a scale order of magnitude more than what has been put into the club so far. The championship scenario was inferring a "close but no cigar" situation in relation to promotion, maybe something like play-of losers.
