What if NC is more inclined to dip into the transfer market with a manager he can trust now ? Might make all the difference.

Why ?

He has the main bulk of the squad for promotion (so long as he wins them round), with a bit better motivation and tactical astuteness than AP I am sure he can get the rest of the performance, but a couple of loans it would be nailed on. It is so, so, so important he connects with the team. Good luck to the man, I say.
