At first I thought this was bad news. That they didnt dismiss the idea of deducting points, and are probably making sure they have enough evidence to support any legal challenge we make. But now, I think it is good news. They are waiting to see (hoping, more like) if we hang ourselves in the relegation battle before deciding not to deduct points. As many have said, the best we can hope for now is starting League 1 with nil points.
