16 other clubs have managed to avoid relegation without JWP, I don’t see why we couldn’t if we invested £100m even semi-competently and that’s on top of the money we are able to spend anyway.

Just mental, they honestly do more to protect an embryonic collection of cells than a child at school.
-
What if we had a £25m striker, midfielder and centre half in those games and won them comfortably, as well as the Watford, Newcastle and Brentford games? That last sentence makes no sense, you’re basically saying what if we sold him and spent zero on any players, which would obviously be daft. I would say yes, definitely, for £75m.

The fact that Katie Price could go on a Jihadi rampage through west London and still get a suspended sentence and 100 hours community service.
-
I thought they were getting that Alvarez lad from Argentina, as well as Haaland? It would seem that if anything, there will be fewer opportunities up front, even if Jesus leaves.

Fair point, post it again. Sorry, I can’t undelete it.

It wasn’t removed because of the word, if you feel the need to use or reference it in the right context then carry on. However, I don’t think there’s much point or taste in discussing, "is Gary Lineker a Paki," even in a thread as low brow as this.

From 167-2 to 194-9 in 4 overs.

We’ve suddenly remembered how to bowl. That was done and dusted after 14 overs. Wow!
-
Different gravy. Need to keep this tight in case it rains and goes to DLS.
-
Somehow, some people never seem to see this coming, over and over and over again. Sturridge, Defoe, Walcott, Bertrand… this summer it’s Bale and Phil Jones who you’d be mad not to want to sign, apparently.

Yeah, how dare he get the best out of our one actually decent Premier League player. It’s not like any other managers in this league have good players to rely on.
-
Overall, 8. He was brought in to try and fight off relegation whilst we slowly processed the absolute sh*t storm of player recruitment lead by Les and Ross. Not only has he achieved that, we’ve been comfortably above any kind of relegation fight. All this with some thoroughly substandard players having to be used regularly. Even our so called best players, like Ings, Vest and Bertrand, when sold to our mid table rivals, looked mediocre to hopeless under decent managers like Gerrard and Rogers.

Japanese Juanmi, he'll do well there IMO.

Oh the ironing.

I will hear many things against Jan Bednarek but I doubt he has ever charged money for that.
-
He doesn't even need to be that good, just slightly better than Bednarek. If we've just spent that much money on someone NOT slightly better than Bednarek, I'm off to watch women's lawn bowls.
-
We should post the same thing when Bednarek signs for PSG.
-
From the reviews at least, this beats signing players that Plymouth, Lech Poznań and Torino fans are, at best, indifferent to.

Here's a good game. Click on a random point on that video and post the first sentence Tiss says. The winner is the one who randomly lands on the most crackpot piece of nonsense. I clicked on 28:35 and got: "If you want to hear from me, you'll here a lot more on GETTR than you will on Twitter." It's mild by his standards, I'm sure that'll be easily beaten.

Seems like a straight forward compromise to me. Let the grain out of Ukraine and we’ll allow stuff to transit Lithuania.

There’s quite clearly a click bait angle on many of these headlines and it is irritating. If you’re writing headlines including the players name, Real Madrid, Chelsea, winning the Champions League 5 times, a three year contract and John Terry’s 26 shirt but don’t bother to mention that it’s Chelsea women, that deliberate. If you like woman's football then great, enjoy it for what it is but stop trying to wind people up by pretending Player A is now only 2 goals behind Eusebio’s international record, etc.

Decent game that, just stalled in the middle of our batting order but Surrey have so many good players. Just for a couple of overs after Overton was stumped I dared to dream but that six off the final ball of the nineteenth killed it.

Because it’s a trait he inherited from his father, who got his mother pregnant whilst other males were busy shagging each other. Nature.
