Defender incoming! FACT! #Mess

Wasn’t intended to be really.

The United Kingdom and the Death of Boris Johnson as we know it.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-53625829 I know discussions about rape only ever go well on here but wow, quite the allegation, -
KWP is about a year younger isn’t he?
-
Hitchen’s Razor - What can be claimed without evidence can be dismissed without evidence.
-
Still yet to see any credible explanation as to how that’s even possible.
-
Hojbjerg is on Hojbjerg’s side. He won’t be impressed with Spurs if the deal falls through because they’re pushing for an unrealistically low price.
-
Has anyone given a shirt a wash or two yet? If so, how did it hold up.
-
I know they’re different scenarios, the point was quite simply that you can’t force a player to take a pay cut and sign for another club under any circumstances I can think of.
-
This has all been covered before but you can't force a player under contract out of the club, hence we're stuck with Forster, Moi etc. Fonte wanted a bigger contract after winning Euro 2016 and we were only willing to give him a year, so he left for a bigger contract at West Ham. If he wanted to stay, he would have and he certainly wouldn't have done an interview saying he wanted to be nearer his family in London.
-
Even at £25m he’s still by far the cheapest, proven PL player available. It makes no sense at all for Spurs not to pay that when there’s so much riding on CL qualification. It’ll end up being a compromise. We’re in a weak position but that doesn’t mean we have to just bend over and take whatever Spurs offer.
-
Spurs aren’t going to get a better player cheaper than Hoj, so I see no reason to lower the price. I hope we stick to our guns.
-
Got to get it ratified by the Kenyan FA, don't forget.
-
Yes but it’s a dump and a bitch to get to. An hour and a half from Bristol, let alone anywhere else.
-
A source I know within the club tells me they’re organising a cabaret show, where our new owners will dance across the stage in feather boas, with 2 new signings on each arm. Apparently the delay is due to rehearsals not going well, as Haaland is out of sync with the other dancers. Make of this what you will.
-
That’s about as good a final as you really hope for from those 4 teams.

Players you would sign from relegated teams....

Joe Cole and Defoe with West Ham. Viduka and Smith at Leeds. -
Come on Fulham. I don’t want Cardiff up again after the way they reacted to the Sala ordeal.

Makes you think, what’s the greatest XI that’s ever been relegated from the Premier League? You could probably stick Niemi in as GK and Crouch was in the England team with us. -
Hopefully he's signed in time for our Intertoto Cup games.
-
Personally I think any knockout game tied after 90 minutes should go straight to pens, with no away goals, replays or E.T. I find it daft when a team wins the home leg 1-0, then takes the lead in the away leg and the tie is effectively over, as the other team needs to score 3 to stay in it.

Were Euell And Beattie two hats? I must have missed something there, Beattie especially seems to be well regarded by most who claim to have met him. Caulker I thought had a load of mental health issues affecting him, although that doesn’t mean he wasn’t also a tool. Nile Ranger up front if you ask me. I think you’d have to include BWP and Dyer for their part in the Southsea nightclub incident too.
-
Don’t get your hopes up. We’ve given Long a new contract, that’s our cheap solution to that problem, unfortunately.
-
Shirt with a collar? That’ll be a dislocated shoulder lifting that.

Utter weapon though he may be, I actually rate him higher than Vest. I’d be happy with a man of his talent as 4th choice, it’s whether his bellendry will be an issue. I suspect it might be.
