I know I've said Huntelaar before but what I wouldn't give for a world class goal poacher. Given the changes Long and Mane have missed this season he'd be in double figures already. Out of contract in summer, worth a cheeky bid.

The usual suspects... Chelsea, City, Utd and Arsenal. You would have to be pretty optimistic to think we can break those four but it is possible. Then who's next? Liverpool - The team who just drew at home to Sunderland and Ludogorets and got spanked by Palace. Balloheskey? Spurs - Have been hopeless at home, overall. Without red cards for Hull and Villa they would be well adrift Everton - Martinez seems to be turning them into the next Wigan. Why can't we compete with that lot?

We're 5th and Chelsea are the only decent team we've yet to play. West Ham have some decent opposition coming up and we have games we can win against Everton, Palace and Burnley. No reason we can't drag ourselves back into the top four ahead of the January window and see what that brings. It's optimistic but to write off a top six as some people are doing is a bit loopy.

I'm sure Reed is a talented player but the coaches who watch him every day clearly don't think he is ready for Premier League football. I'm not sure on what basis some people have decided he is the answer to our problems. If he was the key man who would have won the game for us against Arsenal, City and Utd I'm sure he'd have played a fair few games for us already. Don't be a tit. How many £30m players do Burnley have.

Don't see any need to change the team unless Morgan is fit, in which case he's in for Mane. No reason at all we can't win this.

No meltdown needed IMO, we've played Man Utd and Arsenal, two perennial Champs League contenders and been competitive in both games. We've wasted chances like we did against Spuds and Liverpool but we've at least had the opportunities. It was only two individual errors which cost us tonight. It's not as if we looked poor defensively. Rooney, Mata and Fellaini all kept mostly quiet. RVP didn't have too many chances aside from the two goals.

In the last three games he has been up against several hundred million pounds of talent. Sanchez, Welbeck, RVP, Rooney, Aguero, Navas, Cazorla, Mata, etc. I can't say he has done anything particularly wrong and certainly kept Utd fairly quiet tonight. I don't think we will find a better back up willing to sit on our bench. He reads the game well and looks fairly calm on the ball, in essence a poor man's toby. I don't understand when it was decided he is a bad player, he looked an absolute bargain in our first season and only lost his place when we bought Lovren. For all those spitting, "what's wrong with Gardos FFS!!" well, what's wrong with Yoshi?

I think we once sent Lloyd James on as a sub, then took him off 20 minutes later. I believe we may have done the same with Yoann Folly once too. Understandable as both were terrible players.

Certainly can't complain about big teams raising there game against us tonight, they have been awful. Almost as bad as Sunderland were first half but we squandered our chances. The difference between us I fear is that they will turn on the style second half and take a couple of chances.

I'm guessing we didn't draw 1970s Brazil then?
