  1. Out please.
  2. We went from looking like genuine top half contenders before collapsing against Villa. We’ve been garbage ever since. Something must have happened.
  3. Surely this form is worrying the board?
  4. Appointing Cooper has Sturrock MK 2 written all over it.
  5. Impressive to have got Lallana as an interviewee and speak about his time with Saints. I’m surprised no one has brought it up.
  6. I think they’ll get out of trouble. I think it’ll be Leeds instead.
  7. I used to think it was Best too before he put his penalty wide against Derby in the play-off semi.
  8. I can’t see a way back from this. No one comes back from going behind against City.
  9. Looks like Attenborough’s not the only time you’ll see a mauling on BBC One.
  10. Good goal, to be fair.
  11. I fear Gerrard is going to be a manager we never beat.
  12. Anyone else read this as Ted Bates Amnesty?
  13. Lads, cheeky tenner on top 4 finish?
  14. Two FA Cup semi finals and a League Cup final in the last five years suggests we were almost within touching distance of silverware. I think attempting to achieve respectable league placings and decent cup runs each year is absolutely what we should be aiming for.

    Che Adams

    Love this guy
  16. Haven’t lost to United, City and Spurs this season. What a year.
  17. Ralph unbeaten against Pep and Conte this season.
  18. Not watching the game but ex Spurs player Michael Dawson says it wasn’t a foul on SSN.
  19. Nice. Ange will be ready for the Prem by then.
  20. Not taking anything away from Juninho but I would be interested to see the calibre of teams he was scoring free kicks against. I’ve delved into his top 13 strikes video on YouTube again and they’re mostly against second rate Ligue 1 sides (especially considering this is nearly 20 years ago) and international minnows like UAE when playing for Brazil. For JWP to be this consistently brilliant in a Premier League that has evolved leaps and bounds in quality since Beckham’s era, I would say he’s up there with the greatest ever.
