  1. Elyounoussi is slow, and his distribution and close control are poor. I haven't seen him contribute anything at all all game. I can't believe we spent money on him.
  2. Wtf?
  3. Could be turning out for Ireland soon.... https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-6533343/Ireland-considering-call-ups-Nathan-Redmond-Patrick-Bamford.html
  4. Lol, they're 2-0 down after battering Gillingham all game. Merry Xmas Skates :-)
  5. That surprises me, he comes across as extremely dense when interviewed.
  6. Fully expect us to win this one. COYS
  7. True, but he did score. Also, I thought Gabbi was excellent yesterday.
  8. He scored a perfectly good goal, yesterday
  9. This - we owe him a huge debt of gratitude
  10. I'm watching the game and both Huddersfield and Fulham are truly awful - significantly worse than us for my money.
  11. :-o
  12. Oh, and they have the best fans in the world, the extremely articulate Accrington Stanley boss says so: WTF?
  13. "Mr Wallace told the MPs it can take years for investigations into money laundering to be finished." Wasn't there supposed to be some forensic examination of the accounts and a report due out a year or two ago that never arrived? I bet it's them under investigation.
  14. I don't think we're likely to be relegated. After ten games, two teams have yet to win and two teams have goal differences of -17, and for my money, Newcastle, Fulham, and Huddersfield are all worse than us. Cardiff and Burnley are also desperately poor.
  15. Indeed, and anyone criticizing Hughes for playing Elyounoussi needs to explain which player they think we have who should be in the team ahead of him. Personally, I'd say we have a lot of mediocre footballers at the club, and I don't think that swapping him out with Ward Prowse or the Scottish bloke, for example, would make a great deal of difference.
  16. I felt we should have won, as I did last Saturday. We have now drawn more games than any other Premier League team, it's dispiriting.
  17. Except he's not a center forward
  18. How long is it since a Palace center forward scored?
  19. Anything less than a draw would have been hugely unfair, and that's a decent result, though a poor game of football. I can't remember the center backs putting a foot wrong despite the doom and gloom numpties on here writing the game off before a ball was kicked.
  20. Can't argue with that team really. None of our center backs are great shakes, but personally I'd have kept Vestergaard in, as Stephens doesn't convince me at all. After calamity Yoshi's last performance I find it strange that people think he's the answer, loyal servant though he is.
  21. Or we could just sign a random non-league player
  22. Quite - based on ******** all
  23. I bet it's Stephens, he comes across as having issues when he's on the pitch
  24. Halftime at Fortress Fortress Fratton and the Few are losing 0-2 to a team in the relegation zone. Come on you Gills :-)
