  1. Perhaps you should take your own advice
  2. Political parties shouldn't have owners, they should represent their members' interests. At elections we choose our representatives who we hold to account when they vote in Parliament. If Farage isn't prepared to stand for election, his opinions are not relevant.
  3. He owns Reform, but he's not standing as a candidate. He's not in line to be one of the representatives in our representative democracy. His only qualification for being invited on programmes like Question Time is that he's always in the news, and he's in the news because he gets invited on programmes like Question Time.
  4. Bild says we want Bittencourt https://www.southamptonfc.news/transfers/southampton-make-lucrative-offer-to-sign-bundesliga-man-ahead-of-premier-league-return/
  5. Why is Farage even on Question Time? He's just a has-been MEP with a rich friend. Why should we care what he thinks?
  6. I think the club want ex-players who themselves have been through the Saints youth system as coaches to give the kids someone to look up to
  7. Lavia, Broja, Livramento - we've done it before, I hope we can find some decent kids from somewhere
  8. How did the big man do on Saturday?
  9. Arghhh all streams are dead - curse you Internet
  10. Poch on Lavia: Stupid of them to sign him, daft of us to sign Stewart too. I hope both come good.
  11. ABKCDAJFUWHIF IMHO
  12. https://www.theguardian.com/football/2024/mar/27/romeo-lavia-chelsea-season-over-one-appearance-thigh-injury-setback Lavia managed 32 minutes and broke down again 😞
  13. A Pompey hero speaks: "Lallana said to me “What are you doing?”. So I smacked him in the face." https://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/football/portsmouth-fc/it-was-crazy-i-smacked-him-in-the-face-ricardo-rochas-portsmouth-admission-over-controversial-southampton-flashpoint-4547098
  14. Holgate sent off after 10 minutes - I always said he was shit
  15. Brexit positives like a fictional increase in exports of honey to Saudi Arabia are somewhat offset by the 100 billion in lost exports to the EU that nobody, but nobody saw coming and which, in any case, will definitely be offset by all these fantastic new trade deals we're always just about to sign. McInnes Emoji
  16. Big Joe Aribo to start please
  17. What's the difference between a hormone and a vitamin? You can't make a vita min
  18. https://www.theguardian.com/football/2024/feb/09/southampton-record-unbeaten-run-russell-martin Interesting take on our unbeaten run
  19. Their top scorer is a center back who's probably out injured. I think we can tear them a new one.
  20. Some Gammon bait from the Daily Heil that amusingly builds on a misunderstanding of what a trade deal actually is. Apparently, those pesky Eurocrats are threatening our British right to prevent people withholding their labor. Surely now we're a sovereign country they no longer have any say in how we decide to trash our own country? Think again Gammons!
  21. He was fined for hare coursing 😳
  22. He's still building fitness, so won't be involved
  23. Kemi Badenoch's pathetic list of Brexit benefits, including "increased exports of honey to Saudia Arabia, turns out to be just more lies and misrepresentation.
  24. She lives in a parallel universe Soggy, don't expect Looney Leadsom to make sense. When asked what the successes of Brexy were, Leadsom told LBC News: “I’m hugely delighted at Brexit. We have our sovereignty back, we’re in control of our money, laws and borders. The NHS has considerably more than £350m a week and we’ve signed up to 70 trade deals.” 🤬
