Kemi Badenoch doing a Guided Missile and getting called out for it: https://www.bestforbritain.org/trade_secretary_celebrates_fall_in_uk_trade

Indeed - West Brom in the relegation places too
-
We look excellent today, I think. I love Bazunu's distribution. Harwood Bellis putting some beautiful passes in, Downes so assured, even Holgate looking decent.
-
I'm sorry, run that past me again. What exactly does net zero have to do with Marxism?
-
I'd rather see Charles at CB than Holgate, he really isn't suited to playing the ball out from the back
-
At 34, J Rod is actually still a Premier League player and had a big part in a goal on Saturday. I hope Stewart has something special and that we're going to see it. I think there's a decent chance of that, and I'll take that.

Any sign of any Brexit dividends yet? How are those trade deals coming along? Further evidence, of the damage caused by the oven-ready one: https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2023/oct/27/brexit-led-to-850m-drop-in-value-of-uk-beauty-industry-exports-to-eu

I just logged in to say that Mason Holgate is shit
-
Whereas in our current squad I count at least 4 internationals
-
He was hardly a 'top' international, but he was an international
-
Egomaniac idiot Wesley Hoedt is a Watford player - maybe the Championship is his level
-
He's been brilliant
-
Walker Peters is a class apart
-
Leeds have barely anymore points than we do, and aren't any better player for player - if we can fix the defense we can make a game of it. COYR
-
Then he'd better get his act together and stop playing shit

I seem to remember a lot of posts like this before we signed Ings.

Fraser looked excellent I thought

True of course that a free transfer would be closer, but I'd expect him to have made up his mind about that already if he wants to hold out for one. I'd expect us to achieve a similar fee if we did keep him and sell him during the Winter window as the market is always tight. Replacing him would be the problem, I would think.
-
Does it seem plausible to anyone that we would keep Che until Christmas and sell him then?

Liverpool are interested in signing Gabon midfielder Mario Lemina, 29, from Wolves. (Footmercato - in French

It's as if there's a good reason for keeping all these perfectly sensible arrangements we've been living with for years
-
New border food checks delayed yet again as the government is "concerned they will drive inflation." Well, no shit Sherlock. If only we had some sort of reciprocal relationship with our largest trading partner that made them unnecessary
-
I thought the club was on record as saying they wanted to raise about 100m from sales this Summer. That sounds like "monetary reasons" to me.
-
We are massively overstocked at centre back. Someone has to go and I'm glad Lyanco seems to be on his way. Given his exit, the club may be more keen to retain Culetta Carr as I find it hard to believe we'll keep ABK and Salisu.

Why do you think he'll move on if, as I do, you think hcdajfu? I can't see us attracting anyone significantly better to play second fiddle to Stephens and Bednarek who would be a decent enough first choice pairing IMHO.
