I actually think it´s the other way this year. It might do with 35-36 points and I think so because there are already so many draws in the games that has been played between the bottom 7 teams and I think there will be many more draws to come when they face each other next time.

Well it depends on how long list I have to make....but all those are good signings yes. But that´s not what I first reacted about, it was the way of determining signings the way you did cause I dont think that every signing is about getting in to the starting lineup NOW, some signings will always be squad signings and other will always be for the future cause that´s the only way a club can and should do their work.. For me it´s Cork followed by Clyne and Fonte. But what I dont agree on is the way you judge signings by if they were picked in the XI this last weekend. That´s not the way I judge signings, and therefore I earlier put my view down on every player on the list you made... And by the way, you never answered on that

Yeah, but when you put your list up you somehow "forgot" to list the bad signings pre-Adkins.....or as you put it, the signings that aren´t good enough to make it to the first XI in PL...

Well, by using Turkish´s logic, Rickie Lambert must be a ****e signing since he wasn´t good enough to take place in the starting XI in our first game back in the PL....

I would say that Hooiveld, Fox and Sharp were fantastic instrumental signings for promotion in the league that we were in at that time. De Ridder and Lee i think we all could see the potential, jury still out on Lee I would say. De Ridder a disappointment.. Davis, perfect squad player signing for a new team in PL. Mayuka and Rodriguez, the jury is still out on those two. Gazzaniga and Boruc....well should we have NOT signed another keeper or two and stuck by with Forecast or Bialkowski as our second choice....??????

Let´s see if I understand you correct.... So you think that when a team is playing in L1 or the Championship they should only buy players that can fit in a PL first XI ????????? That is.....well I actually dont have a word to describe that.....

True.....but judge the club after 38 games, not 16. Anyone that dont see the improvements in the team for the last month must be....*choose your own word here*

That´s a bit harsh that you are accusing Lallana for making excuses after the game, dont you think? For me, is was an explanation of why it went like it did, not an excuse to not perform.

Maybe the word strange was the wrong one but since you never know how a game will turn out you have a really hard time putting a value on it before the game. I would say that Reading-Man U 3-4 would have a better value of entertainment than Man C-Arsenal 1-1 for example. What i just want to say is that the club of course should sell their tickets for the highest possible price (regarding demands, what people are willing to pay etc etc), that makes perfect sense cause whether you like it or not, football clubs these days are big money business... And I would gladly pay £35-40 for a game if that gives the club in my heart a better possibility to attract players and finish higher in the leauge.

That´s the thing and that´s not all about having it in the starting XI but in the squad I would say and we miss that in this level and that´s understandable since the club has moved from L1 to PL in two years....

Without knowing (cause I dont follow Villa like that) but looking at their team sheet today I would say about 2/3 of the squad.....

But did we play really good that day or did we play another team that played there for the first time and were worse than us? And for the sake of it, how many of our players in the lineup at Anfield played at Wembley? Fonte, Lallana, Schneiderlin and Lambert I guess?

Strange thread... I think the iPhone 5 is worth about £300 but since the seller demands £529 it is up to me as the buyer to decide if I think it´s worth that amount. Same thing about watching a game, the seller makes the price and the buyer decides if he think it´s the right value for him. That´s what they call market economy....

For me, Adam Lallanas view of it that it was a bit of stage fright makes perfect sense. If you look at our team and for example Aston Villa today the difference is that most of their team has been at a stadium like Anfield before, our´s has not. I am 100% sure that it wont happen next time we will be playing there. Our away game has not been good but our toughest games has mostly been away so far.

I just love when people make judgements from single games.... So lets go..... Aston Villa beats Liverpool and are therefore better than them, but Liverpool beat us and we beats Reading but Reading beats Everton and Everton beats Man U and Man U beats Man C but Man C beats Tottenham that beat us......... My point of view. Judge teams by the table, not by single games.

Maybe we should go back to L1.....and use Dickson to help us get two or three goals in a season. On the other hand, let´s not.

But hey, they have won against a top 6 team... I thought you always said that THAT is crucial to survive??
