I agree 100% with this, but the way I see it is that once the board decided that Pocchetino match the profile they want in the next manager they didn´t have time to wait until the summer. It was a "now or never-decision" to be made. If they didn´t do it now Pocchetino most certainly would not be available in the summer cause other clubs would have come in for him with a job.... So they made the decision.....right or wrong?? Only time will tell.

Great video. But some words if we all truely want to honour Adkins, is there any better way than live by his words and actions? Shouldn´t we all try to be the class-act that he is? I firmly believe that he wouldn´t like that fans put ridicolous nicknames for Pocchetino, he would absolutely hate that, because of the class guy he is. Spot on. And I have always find it strange that people here love and trust Marcus on one hand and then despite and attacking Cortese about almost everything. Completely this. Awful timing but has probably been written on the wall for quite some time and Pocchetino is a great name. Some people here wanted Redknapp and even Benitez a couple of months ago....

It´s not this guys fault that he has been offered a job at a great club. I love Nigel as much as anyone here, but we can´t blaim Pocchetino for this. Don´t let us turn into a plastic Chelsea kind of club. Yes, chant One Nigel Adkins if you want but dont ever boo at this guy. I´m sad and astonished today for Nigel, he only deserves the best. But having that said, I think Pocchetino is a great manager and can be very successful given time and perhaps his name makes it easier to attract the kind of players we´ve been looking for....? But I think the timing of this could have been so much better....
