  1. Other creditors could presumably challenge the charge, but how many other creditors does CSI have? How much do they owe? The other businesses it's listed as owning will be legal entities in their own right (or in the case of PFC, illegal entities) so who does CSI owe money to? On whose behalf is AA working?OK, we know the answer to the last one. I'll rephrase - on whose behalf is AA pretending to work?
  2. But, as asked above, who is going to challenge Portpin's charge? Certainly not Android!
  3. http://www.companyrescue.co.uk/company-rescue/guides/insolvency-testWe're under lot's of pressure, but is our company insolvent? How can I tell and what is insolvency?"The Cashflow TestSimply - can the company pay its debts when they fall due for payment? The Balance Sheet TestSimply - do you owe more than you own as a company or are the company's assets exceeded by its liabilities? If yes, then the company could be insolvent. The Legal Action TestIf a creditor has obtained a County Court Judgment, this may demonstrate the company's insolvency and the creditor may petition to wind up the company. (See compulsory liquidation).
  4. I suspect that they may find it difficult to claim the CSI/Antonov never owned the football club given that they were presented for the FPPT.
  5. Not all bad news for Vlad - the amount that ConversMoney have lent today is around £325,000 more than yesterday so that business is on the up!
  6. Just been over to their site to check that news out. Whilst there, noticed the brochure on holding a wedding at FP. Apparently they will also do civil marriages and civil partnerships Guess who is the only former player pictured on that page?
  7. I wouldn't count players signed at 17 as Academy products either, so we're agreed on that one. We're also agreed that your "Academy" has produced 1 (ONE) player who you've sold for a profit in the last 3 years. Brilliant. As for Best though, that's...., that's amazing. Given that he made his debut for us on his 18th birthday we did really well to sign him and play him on the same day. Amazing. Or maybe he's like HM The Queen and has 2 birthdays? Or maybe you're just full of ****? Corp Ho - The Voice Of Truth. I bet you got your info from that oh-so-reliable German website again. You know, the one that reckons we paid ten times more for Chaplow than we really did.
  8. PMSL. £11m? Did you balls! O'Neill was up to £5m. Begovic up to £3.25m, minus the £1m you have to pay Spurs for the privilege of selling his to Stoke (LOL). Wilson (who doesn't even count as you signed him when he was 17 - what kind of Academy is that?) went for £3.75m plus Lawrence plus Kitson, did he? Comedy Gold.
  9. Quoting a website that doesn't exist  Assuming you meant transfermarkt.com though, they have question marks against how much we paid for Hammond, Barnard and Papa Waigo and so simply haven't included their fees Super accurate stats.
  10. Better start thinking of organising a collection for a statue then. Does anyone know of a sculptor who might fancy the commission? Must be a Saints fan, previous experience not required.
  11. Maybe take a look at the players we bought between July 2009 and June 2010 and compare that those those we bought between July 2010 and June 2011 before you continue down this rather stupid line. Just a tip.
  12. Interviewer: And what about the number of bookings you've collected? Cotterill, sarcastically: Why? Have we got more than anyone else? Interviewer: Yes.
  13. Wasn't that rather funny?
  14. I doubt that JET would have caused us so many problems at Ipswich if Jaidi had been playing.

    Hi Allan!
  16. Nothing, dimwit . Try reading your own post - you know, the one I quoted. As for a protest, I wasn't protesting or boycotting.
  17. Paedophiles have more genes in common with crabs than they do with you and me— there's no real evidence for it — but it is scientific fact.
  18. 100%! 11%? Wtf?
  19. Yeah, but the reserves would be dying to put in a decent performance to show what they're capable of and prove they're worthy of a first team position. They'd work their nuts off and never give anything up. We'd have to match their 11% committment.
  20. And Maradona is going to be manager, and he'll sign Riquelme, and Kalinic has signed already, and the new Arab owners make Abramovich look a pauper in comparison, and..., and...., and..... PMSL.
  21. Agreed - I think there are clearly 2 movements there, 1 to clear the ball and another th stamp on the guy's thigh. Chaplow even seems to have a little look to take aim. At the time I couldn't see why he'd been sent off as it appeared he'd booted the ball clear and then just collided with McEvely (sp) but having seen the replay it was a clear red card. Silly boy and lucky it didn't cost us the 3 points, even if we should have been about 4-0 up by then.
  22. He should have waited....
  23. I she not worth "jumping up and down with" then? I take it she doesn't post here any more!
  24. When we went last time we had a beer in the Wetherspoons in town beforehand. Never has this smilie been more appropriate:
  25. Niagara Falls - has to be done even though it is really, really tacky. Like a cheap, run-down, scaled-down Vegas. Do the Maid boat. Also try to do a wine tasting while you're out that way, and get yourself some Ice wine. CN Tower - If you can dump the kids, have dinner at the top. Ferry across to the island. Get lost underground. Indoor market. Get ****ed. That's my 3 days in Toronto last year!
