Just analysed that game and thought he was vey poor defensively, got forward without end result and based on today wouldny want him in ahead of Clyne. Rakatic, minus the finishing, looked good, but I would love to see kondogbia and negrado here if at all possible. Sevilla play an almost identical style to us, kondogbia plays the schneiderlin role and negrado is a handful but has some pace too. They press and insist on playing out from the keeper. I like them and they have some quality players adept to our system to slot straight in.

Poor display lacking in creativity, urgency and motivation. We need a lot of investment one of which being a clinical striker. So many tines this season I have seen us dominate every stat but the score. However, at the beginning of the year I would have taken 17th and I can see us finishing 11th with the final day fixtures. From what I have seen of forren he is technically good and comfortable on the ball which suits us. I've also seen these mazey runs you mention, brings it into midfield and does muh more than hoidveld with the ball. Left footed, how tall is he as I have an idea that he's short which would make us vulnerable alongside yoshi?

Management and players brought back down to earth today. Shows just how far away we are from a champions league dream. Shown complacency today for a side that really is over achieving.
