Nope, not to my knowledge. Maybe thinking of Now TV, where you have the option of buying a Sky Soprts 24 hour pass for £7.99. Came in very handy last season for Saints games on Sky. Internet only tho so a decent connection helps.

.... which reminds me of an additional membership benefit (see earlier thread on this topic), tickets are uploaded to your membership card thereby removing the need to pay postage. This would go some way to offsetting the cost of your membership. Tickets purchased for Watford, can't wait!

Well I'm staying positive especially after my conversation with the chap behind the counter at le Chat Bleu here in Lille. Said he was an excellent manager, good at bringing on the younger players. Said he would be good for Southampton, all in good English too, no surprises there tho.

Just to counter balance this thread a bit, I have renewed our memberships for myself and my son purely for that ability to have more choice when buying tickets. To be fair though we do tend to stand in the same part of the Northam each time, but at least I now know we stand a very good chance of being able to do so for all the games we can get to. Looking forward to the euro nights especially, COYS!

Amazing how much energy is being spent debating our managers future. He has already stated, quite clearly, that any decisions would be made once the season is complete. We have a pivotal game on Sunday in terms of being in europe next season, so considering these two things together it has to be a case of wait and see.

This....I often sit/stand in Northam row G which is right on the border between where the stewards get stroppy if you don't sit down and where they don't bother, presumably for fear of starting a riot.

Ok, I'll bite. Really cannot agree with this, my son and I have thoroughly enjoyed both games under lights and will definitely be going to the group games if we get that far. If anything last nights game was more exciting than the Vitesse one, even if the result wasn't ideal. I was certainly hoarser at the end of it which is usually a good indication of the type of game we watched! Besides £15 entry, a good crowd and a free program, whats not to like!!

You have to hope said Steward has some kind of hand held reader that will read the card and provide the answer, but I don't feel confident that will be the case !

Fantastic watch in the Northam sunshine and a great end to the season at home. Well done to the lads! Funniest moment for me was Gazza in the second half trying to get Jose's attention and then giving him a rollicking for a small mistake. I can imagine what Jose thought about that!

Yep, same as my thinking when ditching SS last year and opting for more visits to St Mary's plus the occasional £6.99 for a live game on Now TV. Ace combination IMO.

I feel your pain Professor, Alan Green did something similar while commentating on one of the other games over the weekend by saying that 7 points only separated Man City, Man Utd, Tottenham and Arsenal. As if Saints don't even exist (which to the BBC is almost true).
