People tend to be pretty short sighted on here. But I don't see how you can argue with assists. It's like saying a striker isn't playing well even when they've scored dozens of goals! Someone on a different thread broke down the goals JWP provided assists for ( before the Newcastle game- I can't find it now, but I'm rubbish at search). It was a pretty impressive list from open play to set pieces. Add to that, when we didn't have him, our crossing was dire. What's to complain about?!

Ah, sweet. We do always seem to have such a nice welcoming team - I'm sure that's played a big part in our quick success this year. And means a lot to me too!

We will undoubtedly have another dip in form at some point. How well we end up will be dependent on our karackter and how well we bounce back. I do think we have a better chance of holding on because our success so far is based on tactics and good organishashon, rather than form of one or two world class players. But our weakness will be silly laps of concentration and daft c*ck ups. I've got faith in the Koeman though !
