Home and not Norwich or Charlton.

I think that originally they only expected to open the Itchen for this game, but the take up was much better and so a later decision was made to open the Northam. We also sat in block 7 as opposed to our usual seats in the Chapel. I much prefer watching a game from behind the goal. But with a 7 yr old son we would not sit/stand in the Northam as he wouldn't be able to see if the people in front were standing and I don't want to expose him to some of the moronic chants which include swearing. In the Chapel I can usually insert alternative words for swear words when he asks 'what are they singing?'.

neyyyyyyyyy

He has been one of our best players, but too often he is pulled into the middle and leaves the opposition winger too much free space to pick up the ball. I am very happy with his attacking play and hos crosses are getting better.

Still not working, nor is Virgin media so can't get my emails arghhhhhh

Agreed. When they sang they were very loud, although there were periods of the game where we did manage to keep them quiet. I was very impressed with their appreciation of Lambert.

I was sat in the Chapel and honestly thought Hammond dived and was lucky not to get a card. A few minutes before though there was a handball that in the past I have seen given.

14:20 and still no team news on OS.
-
Just checked on the greyhound bus site and they have journeys to London for £1 and return for £1 on the day of the Orient game.

Whilst I appreciate everything KD has done for Saints and the fact that he is probably our best player, I feel that Hammond would be a more effective on field captain for the team.

http://www.rosebowlplc.com/pages/rose_bowl_debenture_scheme/ Is anyone else thinking about investing in one? I have had a look and am attracted to the 5% interest a year and the guarentee of tickets (albeit that you have to pay for them). Not guarenteed though if the company goes bust.

Only one person to blame...Lowe. We are still recovering from his mistakes. We are rebuilding, it will take some time, we are impatieint and want instant results (understandable) but I am confident that we will get there. Whilst the game yesterday was poor, we did dominate and had a number of chances which on another day may have all gone in. Colchester defended very well and made a number of goal line clearances.

Or declare the value at under £18.

I was hoping to take my 6yr old to an England game at Wembley, that has now gone out the window as we will be cheering on the Saints v Colchester.
-
Solid, dependable and unspectacular...excatly what we need.
-
He wasn't very good....and missed a blatant Saga handball where he batted the ball forward- half the Chapel shouted handball!!!
-
This was the best we have played for ages.

I don't think that under a fiver for an adult is realistic, the club still have to adminster the sale of tickets, pay for the floodlights, stewards etc. Kids for £2 is fair enough.

http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10280~1767276,00.html Great idea to keep prices so low. We probably can't have free tickets as the away team has to agree prices, so I imagine there is some sort of income split. This is a serious chance to get to Wembley.
