He did, they all wore plain red one's no hoops tonight.

and credit to the Rovers supporters, they showed some real class with their appreciation of Lambert.

Great atmosphere. We were in the seated area - but everyone was stood up. We were making so much noise I could't hear our terrace section of supporters. The ref and lino missed 3 penalties in the first half (imho), at 1-0 we really thought that it was going to be one of those nights. Brizzle did look pretty dangerous on the break. However 2 quick Lambert goals knocked the stuffing out of them. The 2nd half was sublime. 'We were there when Morgan scored....we were there when Morgan scored' (and what a beauty it was too)

Apparently yesterdays kit was a one off and not next seasons kit (from the Portsmouth News)

Pardew said in the interview with Solent that this is what he wanted Puchy to do, admitting that he would lose the ball a few times.

He was the best outfield player and won absolutely everything. But I think Kelvin gets my vote today with 3 very special saves.

A VERY BIG THANK YOU TO THE FANS FOR YOUR SUPPORT................Not!

I was more upset about the missing fans. 30,000 must have been washing their hair or shopping? We want to see the trophy and I think after the last home game of the season would be best (unless this is the 1st leg of the play off semi final- then we need to keep it for pre-season) -
The Portsmouth News is reporting that Rail bosses are snubbing Portsmouth to ensure services run from Southampton. Southampton wil get one slow and one fast train to London every hour 7am-7pm. Whilst there will be no trains running from Portsmouth, Havant and Petersfield.

The tickets with the stubs torn off need to be given to the concessions as adults will be unable to enter the ground with these tickets. Hi, I am moving soon and am going to treat myself to an HD TV (probably 50"). I keep getting different bits of advice, and am getting confused. First I was told that Plasma is best at 50", then the guy in Richer sounds Guildford said go LCD (but not to waste money on the LED). I don't really want to pay more than £1k. Any hints and tips would be welcome. I want a tv that is good for football and movies. Cheers.

I tried a few times this morning and couldn't get through. I sent an email to the ticket office and got a response within 15 minutes. -

There are 4 stub missing tickets but this section just says Box office agent. There is nothing to identify them as oap or junior. -

22 tickets arrived today for block 133. In 2 rows the seat numbers are not identical though. So it looks like my group will be split up. 2 kids and 2 OAP tickets purchased but all tickets have the adult price printed on them, there is nothing to identify them as kids or OAP's. -

My surname begins with a B, I bought tickets online on the first day on sale. No tickets have arrived...yet. I am not panicking.....yet. -
As I am soon to be moving to Eastleigh, Stoneham Lane would be perfect.

It is definately the whole chapel end. We are in row T and have an excellent view.

Where there is a will there is a way. Surely with more dosh to be had they can find a way of sorting this out. I hope Saints are lobbying hard.(I have my tickets so I'm alright) Maybe we should all be writing to the Football league to sort this out? fl@football-league.co.uk

My 7yr old son plays for Jubilee 77 in Fareham and in training last Wednesday slotted one home, wheeled away shouting 'number 7 Rickieeee Lamberrrrrrt' which was lost on all of his team mates who are Skates or Chelsea.

I was surprised at how large the large ones were. Also £7 for official merchandise is good, I was expecting to pay at the very least £10.

OMG the Stockport pitch had even less grass than Wycombe, What a shame that the highlights of our game was only the goals.
