First game of the season - we always lose St James' Park - we never win Eddie Howe as NUFC manager - always beats Saints Macca in goal - guaranteed cock up Playing 10 men - we hardly ever win So everything went exactly as it should have done. We were not disgraced or outclassed playing away to a team with CL pretensions, but the 2 things that are glaringly obvious were shown up in flashing neon signs ; MacCarthy is not a PL goalkeeper, and we don't create as many clear cut chances as our possession and territorial control should deliver.

And that is why Macca is not good enough

Brad Wheal seems incapable of restricting opponent's scoring off him.

Congratulations on evolving to the point of self-awareness. Keep going and you might eventually attain the skill of coherent communication.

Do you think GM has to have a waterproof keyboard to cope with the slather and spittle as his anger takes hold ?
-
Why don't you just fuck off to the States like you have threatened to do ?

The Eurozone wage growth is 5.3%, UK unemployment rate is higher than Germany but lower than France. All your graphs are meaningless without the EU data to compare them with.

In February, Goldman Sachs reported that since Brexit the UK economy was 5% worse off compared to other similarly sized economies. Another report calculated that the UK economy had lost £140Bn. https://www.cnbc.com/2024/02/14/brexit-has-sliced-5percent-off-uk-economic-growth-goldman-sachs-says.html https://www.london.gov.uk/new-report-reveals-uk-economy-almost-ps140billion-smaller-because-brexit

They do, and Nic is one of them.

https://commonslibrary.parliament.uk/research-briefings/sn02784/ The projections GM posted show a slightly higher growth rate for the UK, but it is from a lower starting position.

Number 11 batsmen should not try cute ramp shots against international fast bowlers.

Potatoes are from the same family of plants as Nightshade, tomatoes, and capsicums. Other than the tubers, the rest of the potato plant including it's fruits, like nightshade, is poisonous. God, eh !

''And other US government agencies have drawn differing conclusions to the FBI's.'' The FBI reported that it had 'moderate confidence' in it's own findings. Hardly convincing.

https://www.thelancet.com/journals/lanmic/article/PIIS2666-5247(23)00074-5/fulltext ''Peer-reviewed evidence available to the public points to the hypothesis that SARS-CoV-2 emerged as a result of spillover into humans from a natural origin. A geospatial analysis reports that 155 early COVID-19 cases from Hubei Province, China, in December, 2019, significantly clustered around a food market in Wuhan, China. Many genomic studies report that SARS-CoV-2 has nucleotide differences that could only have arisen through natural selection and such differences are evenly spread throughout the genome. Phylogenetic studies map these nucleotide changes and suggest that they have not diverged from the bat coronavirus RaTG13 that was being researched at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, suggesting it is unlikely that SARS-CoV-2 emerged as a result of this research and instead they shared a common ancestor. Taken together, these findings support the hypothesis that SARS-CoV-2 was the result of enzootic circulation before spillover into people'' Anybody who disagrees with this obviously hasa closed mind. ( And what makes Steve Bartlett an expert on this subject ? The fact that he hosted the doctor from that video on his podcast ?)

https://www.labmate-online.com/news/laboratory-products/3/breaking-news/is-covid-19-man-made-or-natural/51980 'New findings from the Scripps Research Institute confirm the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus has natural origins and was not made in a laboratory or artificial setting, as many have speculated. To reach the conclusion the team used analysed public genome sequence data from SARS-CoV-2 released by China and identified several tell-tale signs suggesting COVID-19 is an organic virus. A long, informed, opinion piece that I found gave an interesting perspective. Yes, it is the Grauniad, and yes it is long so some may well respond "TLDR", but it is there if you are interested. Approach with an open mind or a closed one, it's your choice; https://www.theguardian.com/world/article/2024/aug/13/israel-gaza-historian-omer-bartov
