Follow up; From the CCTV video there is a possibility that the explosion was actually under the collapsed carriageway, in which case some force would certainly have affected the other carriageway, and probably the pillars. Also, there is video after the fire was extinguished that shows at least some damage and possibly warping of the road bed on the ' surviving' side. I think any heavy loads intended for that route are out of the question for quite a few days.

Only one carriageway has collapsed into the water, but we dont't know if the supports under the bridge have been damaged sufficient to impact the load carrying capacity of the other one, either by the initial blast or the fire from the train spilling over.

It is reported that there is actually no direct rail connection through the 'land bridge' via the occupied territory, and what there is is in artillery range for UA.

There are reports that the Russians are moving all children from Kherson and it's immediate surroundings, ( those bits they still occupy ), to Crimea for a "holiday at the best resorts".

I would like to amend my earlier post - the total of liberated territory in the last 72 hours is now at over 2000Km sq.

And day by day, hour by hour, they are regaining it. 1000Km sq has been recovered since Putin's big Red Square shambles. And in doing so, they are grinding the Russian army into fertiliser for sunflowers, and their heavy equipment into scrap - what can't be recovered, repaired, and turned around under UA colours.. I know this disappoints you, but the tide turned weeks ago, and it isn't stopping any time soon. The 'annexations' are illegal and irrelavant, even the Iranians have stated that they don't recognise them.

Given the Intel and surveillance capabilities that NATO has, I suspect they already know every key point of the Russian forces anywhere in ( pre-2014 ) Ukraine. It would take very little time to eradicate every one of them. I think any response would be limited to the current Theatre of Operations, but would be absolutely conclusive.
