Trump's latest "Full and unconditional pardon" is for a former Sherriff who was convicted after admitting taking bribes and "selling" positions as Deputies. According to Trump, this Sherriff was "put through Hell by a corrupt and weaponised Biden DoJ".

If the ref awards a penalty VAR will check to see if he has made a mistake.
