No, I correctly deduced that your inclusion of "God is great", and following in your established pattern of posting with the tag line "Just another day in Western Europe", that you had assumed a muslim connection. -

Why are Brexiteers so confident that only the UK's politicos are capable of playing hardball, and that the EU side will grant us everything on our terms because they need us more than we need them ?

If Russia is a threat to the UK then surely it is just as big a threat to Germany. How does Germany deter the Bear ? Where is their MIRV arsenal stored ?

Only to be expected - "protecting" members' jobs in the defence industry.

Bloody heck - a sensible skate.
-
Why do we have it ? To deter ISIS ? It sure came in handy in the 2 Gulf wars, the overthrow of Ghadaffi, and the Balkan conflict. It's a drain on the military budget that would be better spent on beefing up the surface fleet.

Keep on thinking free. ( I think that's enough of the Moody Blues appreciation thread ).

Did I read the same article ? "That is not going to be the end of the action though in terms of incomings, and with Puel back in England it is set to accelerate things further."

"The EEA Agreement provides for the inclusion of EU legislation covering the four freedoms — the free movement of goods, services, persons and capital — throughout the 31 EEA States. In addition, the Agreement covers cooperation in other important areas such as research and development, education, social policy, the environment, consumer protection, tourism and culture, collectively known as “flanking and horizontal” policies. The Agreement guarantees equal rights and obligations within the Internal Market for citizens and economic operators in the EEA." As EFTA member states are also members of the EEA, they are therefore bound by the 'four freedoms'. http://www.efta.int/eea
