Could one of the financial whizzkids on here please explain how this bit, from the snooze on Wednesday, is possible : "Mr Andronikou said he hoped money from the potential sale of NOS would be pumped into Pompey’s running costs." 1) Is NOS actually worth anything without the WRC rights ? 2) If CSI are in administration, surely monies raised from the disposal of assets goes to creditors ?

That film is so wrong on so many levels. I wonder what proportion of it's American audience thought it was historically accurate.

The thing is that some 'bad' movies are, as been mentioned above, so awful they somehow manage to be entertaining, ( in a beer fuelled Saturday night with pizza sort of way ) - the classic example is probably Snakes on a Plane. Far worse are 'serious' films with a 'message' that just fail epically on every level; for me something like The Day After Tomorrow is truly carp.

Wait 'til they're 18 ! It doesn't get easier or cheaper..

The interesting thing is that Georgie Porgie isn't actually going to pay for it anyway, he is supposed to be working on a way to 'persuade' the Local Government pension schemes to 'invest' ( cough ! ) their funds against Government issued 'Infrastructure Bonds'.
