Bertrand is one of Jack Corks best mates and probably a large factor in him choosing to come here. Do you really think Cork would choose to leave now before Jan when he finally gets to play footie with him irrespective of whether there are bids on the table and we are willing to sell. Love it, wish we could know who the player and agent was, but realise that is never gonna happen.

For whatever reason Cork must not look great in Pre season, but every time we get into real games he looks absolute quality and holds the position. Maybe he is just a player who performs in the moment and needs competitive games? Clutching at straws I guess.
