Are we favourites now in our run of difficult games?
Mallagroth replied to andoru's topic in The Saints
I would take absolutely anything from this run of games as the classic Saint fan in me believes that this is still just a dream and reality is waiting to come crashing down. Although I am quietly confident that we should be able to grab a few wins if we play to our best. -
Very true on all accounts.

Some people get confused between the saints bar and the dell bar. The dell bar is on the ground floor in the middle of the Kingsland and costs a tenner to get a season ticket for. The Saints bar is a slightly nicer hospitality bar that I believe has its own bank of hospitality seats up in the Itchen stand.

We are going to lose horribly, completely embarrassed and start a run of appalling form. I'm so sure of this I will be betting heavily on the foxes to demolish us whilst covering every draw up to 3-3. Right hopefully that balances out the previous optimism and I can now go watch the game with hope of not breaking my duck and winning anything at the bet shop.

Okay hypo well done, we'll see if they'll put your name on the building too. BTW how is your troll campaign strategy for January window coming along, could be a tough one but I have faith in you to have a good go anyway.

Will this be the best transfer window for Saints ever?

P.S How did that conversation with Wes go Saint Charlie you didn't post about it? and yes I know I am a C*nt for resurrecting this thread. -
Anyone else think we could be on the verge of something special?

Sticking to my prediction above and calling 6th. Think we will likely be in and around top 6 for whole season with a good stab at top 4 but just miss out on champions league at the run in. -
Let me guess thats because they all think it's Spurs theme tune... Is there anything they haven't nicked off us?

I'd think that this is quite an important part of Rocket science... -

Swansea in form are the biggest test so far for us this season, much more so than Liverpool in my opinion. If we dispatch them comfortably we will be looking very good for a top 6 attempt. if we lose respectably I would suggest we may not reach new heights but will comfortably scrap for the best of the rest places in 7-10 against swansea, Villa, and one of the ousted top teams (Liverpool or Tottenham is my guess which would also amuse me a lot).

Think its a policing issue that stops it from being possible.

Tough call. Pelle for me. RoKo has built the team around him. 2 in 4 already and should be more. Like the guys attitude and commitment especially for a full 90 minutes. Hoping Mane will do for us what Michu did for Swansea.

and i'm spent… good job Les and team. Not sure about the Gaston one but so far you haven't got much wrong. Welcome to Saints mane.

The clowns would not be very good friends with some of the current players, enough so that they regularly get mentioned as being the 'funniest' player. Team morale at this time for us is priceless hence no more sales either. Although I won't deny you are the expert on clowns Gs

Jos is important to dressing room spirit just like Kelvin, don't want him to go for that alone in a season of transition.

interesting thanks for that.

My thoughts exactly. Good luck to him, this is mercenary move for sure. I wonder what Real Madrid are actually getting out of this.

Regarding the Manchester United Falcao creaming going on all day: One thing no one seems to be asking is why Monaco are willing to let Falcao go? As i understand it they bought him for 50M last season and then in January he had a horrific knee injury and had an operation and has been out since then even missing the world cup. I think the question that needs to be asked is are Man utd panicking and spending a huge part of their wage bill on a crocked forward which is not in the positions that desperately need strengthening...
