  1. The source is his agent as those are his quotes.
  2. if current points per game are expanded over the rest of the season, the table would look like this, obviously some teams will go on a bad runs and some on good runs so. (totals are rounded up/down) Saints - 53 pts - (1.4 ppg) Villa - 41 - (1.09 ppg) Hull - 40 - (1.04 ppg) Stoke - 40 - (1.04 ppg) Norwich - 40 - (1.04 ppg) Swansea - 38 - (1 ppg) WBA - 38 - (1 ppg) Palace - 35 - (0.9 ppg) Fulham - 33 - (0.86 ppg) Sunderland - 31 - (0.81 ppg) West Ham - 31 - (0.81 ppg) Cardiff - 31 - (0.81 ppg) Going by that it looks like the bar for staying up will be pretty low.
  3. Even if we are poor the rest of the season, I can't see us dropping too many places. Fun fact: at 0.8 ppg, if the bottom three keep that kind of form through to the end of the season they will finish with 31 pts, the same amount we have after 22 games.
  4. Norwich 1 up against Hull
  5. And the sides below them have a game in hand
  6. https://audioboo.fm/boos/1861482-saintsfc-manager-mauricio-pochettino-speaks-to-bigadamsport-after-the-2-2-draw-at-sunderland MP's reaction Not pleased with the point, we were the better team Worried about Gaston and Lovren, Injuries look bad but need to wait for assessment. Congratulate the players, put in hard shift despite hard week Tired after emotional week, not had much sleep. Clear KL will decide when they will next meet, it is not up to him to decide when they meet.
  7. This. The tackle even happen after he had beaten three men and was about to get into a goalscoring position.
  8. At least Osvaldo is back next game, Lambert was poor and sadly has been for quite a while. Doesn't win it in the air and rarely gets into goalscoring positions anymore. If Lovren is out for a lengthy period we really will need to bring in someone else. Cork was outstanding
  9. Awful second half, but an all too familiar story Dominate play, don't make the most of it and we get punished for it. Lovren injury looked serious, big worry if he is out for any significant period of time. Cork MOTM
  10. How is Jozy Altidore still starting matches for them? Absolutely terrible player.
  11. Wasn't that Charles Sale?
  12. Why was Cortese trying to sell a popular player like Rickie days before he walked out on the club? Wonder who would have been taking the flak for that if it had gone through in time.

  22. An odd thing to do unless there is something KL wants to make its way into the media.
  23. Some things will remain the same then.
