No surprise really- they are the most inform team atm in the Prem (along with Arsenal), and they even defeated United 4-0. I expected a defeat here, would take a draw but desperately want us to win to close the gap on 6th. Our attacking play is too laboured and predictable, but we have had a good chance or two, a goal before the 70 minute mark and we might just go on to win it. Boufal should come on for Tadic around the 65 min mark though. Kante and Matic though what a pairing- seem to win most tackles!

agreed there, but those three clubs will give him the wages he'd want (80-100k), I don' think we'd offer more than 60k, and I wouldn't break our wage structure for him. If he truly wants to change his career then I'd love for him to come back here again, and maybe having a French manager too might be a plus? martina and mcqueen again, these injuries really are a shame atm- would like to switch them up- if gardos is match fit, i'd probably move yoshida to left back tbh and get yann valery involved if he is good enough- not for me to judge though because I don't see him everyday in training, and if he isn't good enough then maybe not. as much as id like league cup progress and the league cup in our trophy cabinet i am willing to sacrifice it for some more european ties and premier league progress.

Yep it is. Lost all 4 other times there! Great point, Romeu rightly MOTM, VVD a close second too for me and shout out to Fonte- strong defensive display. We also got into some really good attacking positions and had good opportunities, couldn't quite make the most of it though. We continue the unbeaten Prem run, slowly climbing up the table.
