Legalise and tax most drugs; release low level non-violent drug offenders to free up prison space; have a gun amnesty paid for by drug tax and make having an automatic weapon an immediate medium length prison sentence. You can still bear arms without automatics, but it would be much harder to commit mass murder with 6 shot revolvers and pump action shotguns (would be impossible to legislate fully against guns, but getting it down to non-automatic weapons may eventually be doable)

They've all either been linked with us before or are good on FIFA/FM so would therefore be "exciting" signings
