The thing is, I like RM, he comes across as a really nice guy. It looks like he has a good relationship with his players and I am grateful to him for getting us back to the prem albeit despite the system. I would love him to remain but only if he wakes up and smells the roses. His chosen system is so flawed and dealt with so easily it's embarrassing.
