Self sustainability is all well and good if you have a squad good enough to achieve that, we don't!. Unless Gao is happy with relegation and seeing his investment lose value he will have to put his hands in his pockets. My take is that he thought he was buying into a club that had a history of nurturing young talent and making shed loads of money, unfortunately he overlooked the word ''had''. Now he owns a club overrun with mediocre players, no young prospects and discontent staff. I think the term he used '' The pig will not be fattened'' translated means. " I do not have a pot to p*ss in". With that being the case he needs to get out and sell the club to someone who does as investment is the only way of halting the downward spiral.

Yep in a nutshell. And added to that, transparency is worse than it has ever been at Sfc since he has taken over. All the signs are there that we are in for a rough ride whilst Gao owns the club.

It wasn't meaning financial hurt. Unless he is void of any senses it will hurt him to witness that the fanbase have turned against him, plus as mentioned, the negative publicity here and in China will shame him.

Up to recently Ralph was the only one who had my support, but I am starting to doubt his ability mainly due to his player selections and strategies. Unless Gao invests and brings in some quality I haven’t got a clue where this will end up. I think the old expression used by your partner just before they are going to dump you comes to mind, “I love you but I’m not in love with you".

Ah, but you are forgetting that he runs about a lot and shows some passion which to some on here is all important, more important than the fact that he is feking hopeless.

I agree with most of that, he does show signs at times of being a good prospect, but some of his errors on Friday were schoolboy inexcusable.
