Perhaps its just nostalgia and a failing memory but the atmosphere at home games began to die once we moved to St Mary's. I think the mixture of a characterless ground and characterless football isn't helping.

Be proactive to protect the investment. Sack the manager. Make Brenda an offer he can't refuse to tempt him away from Celtic. Give him whats left of the Vvd funds and allow him and not Reed to select his own players. Tell Reed and Ralph to shut up or get out and secretly plan to get rid of both in the summer. Plan a massive overhaul of the club in the summer and get rid of any dead wood on and off the field. Open lines of communication with the fanbase in some way and start forging a relationship.

They are basically saying "We are or have signed someone, can't tell you his name, position, start date, fee, in fact can't tell you anything, just thought I would let you know". Haven’t seen the game but listened to the commentary and we sounded much improved and even the commentators were complimentary. Who knows but perhaps Forster being dropped and Kelvin’s involvement had an affect, but as everyone has mentioned the Palace game is a must win game and might well determine Pelligrino’s future, but well done today.

How much if any is the new owner willing to use for the team is the question. Will it be our current manager or a replacement who is given any funds is another question. Until these are known its pointless speculating.

I am struggling to give Pelligrino even a point. Should never have been appointed in the first place, there was nothing in his past credentials that indicated he could introduce exciting and positive football and ironically it has been even worse than what Puel produced. For this reason I feel a bit sorry for Pelligrino as he should never have been approached for the job, it is like asking a car washer to service your engine. The fault lies straight in the laps of those who appointed him and they should get the hell outa dodge. Next they will be hiring Pullis to bring fast attacking football. Lets hope our new owners have advisors not associated with Reed and co as I fear for our safety if those clowns are their only source of guidance.
